Victor is waiting to see how the department decides about his recent actions--going after the ones who killed his girlfriend. He considers resigning. And Tony who is going through his bike recertification, wonders if it's time for him to consider his life. And he has the 22 year old daughter of a friend staying with him, . And he finds himself making a move on her. And at the same time they are looking for a serial killer who leaves clues a the scene and don't know that he has someone keeping an eye on them.
