- that was kind of a surprise...

but, like, at the beginning,

I thought,
"Okay, they're sweet."

But not, like--
when the shirts came off,

it was
another level of fitness.

And the energy was amazing.

I loved the act.

You know,
we see people doing acrobatics

and strength,
but you're just using

equipment that people
are around each and every day.

Can I ask you one question?

Was there some special
meaning in that thing

that you were holding up?

- Absolutely.
- Yeah.

My family, we've always watched

"America's Got Talent."

My mom got diagnosed
with melanoma,

and we lost her in 2017.

Oh, I'm sorry.

And I have her ashes in here,

and whenever we watched
"America's Got Talent,"

she was always saying,
"You gotta go.

You gotta do it.
You gotta do it."

- Aw.
- Wow.

And finally,
because of COVID,

I ended up meeting these guys.

So I wanted to bring
her on stage with me.

That's incredible.

Well, she is here with us,
and she is proud.

What was really incredible
was the amount of time

you must have put into this.

What we do is we work
our dogs with tricks

and stunts, but we do tricks
with a purpose to hopefully

inspire and empower people
to follow their passions.

Well, this is quite

When I was younger,

I didn't have many friends
because I was shy.

But when I had my first dog,

everything changed.

I got Gizmo
when I was 14 years old.

I started to teach him tricks.

I did a dog dancing show.

I was really nervous,

but Gizmo helped me
to have fun with him,

and everything will be okay.

Gizmo passed away when
he was eight years old.

It was so difficult

because he was my best friend.

He really changed my life,

because...

Gizmo gave me confidence,

and my life would have

different places

I'm out of Omaha, Nebraska.

I'm in Brooklyn.

I'm from Pensacola, Florida.

But music
brought us together.

And we realized how
much we have in common.

I remember my dad
always telling me

that he wanted to
leave the world

better for me
than he found it.

Now, the four of us
are dad's.

And we all feel
that way too.

And we want to do
it through music.

"America's Got Talent"?

I had a vision

of using some quintessentially
American music

to show people that
we have some common ground,

and there's no better place
for us to come and prove it.

So we're here to win,
because we really want

to tour the country,
bringing that message around.

My name is Duane Douglas,

I'm 43 years old,

and I'm from
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

I've always been a huge
fan of professional wrestling.

When I was a kid,
my brother and I,

we would paint our faces
up like different wrestlers

and have our little
own backyard wrestling shows.

But as I got older,

I realized
I wasn't a very athletic guy,

and my dream

to be a world class
wrestler went away.

So I created
no-contact wrestling

in order to keep wrestling
alive in my life.

The storytelling,
the characters,

and best of all,
the trash-talking.

What's your name?

My name's Peter Antoniou,

I'm 31, from London,
and I'm a psychic.

As a child,
I was always a little odd.

I ended up realizing

that I had a natural gift
that was really unique,

and I sort of
became obsessed with this idea

of being able to tell
what's in people's minds

and maybe predict
their futures.

Over the years, working
on this ability and honing it,

clearing my mind before I go
on stage is really important.

There's noise
and people in the audience

and things going on
in my own life.

And I need to be able
to turn that down.

[loud cacophony]

I sort of just tune at out.

When I'm inside
someone's mind,

it's a lot like when

you've just woken up
from a dream,

and you've got,
like, those, like,

flashes of feelings
and pictures,

but as you're waking up,

more and you're
sort of forgetting it,

and it's sort
of drifting away,

and I'm constantly trying
to restitch it together

and figure out how it connects

to the person in front of me.

I understand why people
could be quite scared of it,

because it's their deepest,
darkest thoughts.

It's a really big opportunity

for me to showcase my abilities

to a big group of people

on "America's Got Talent."

I hope that I make
a connection with the judges,

and I can't wait to
get inside their minds.

My name's Peter Antoniou.

I am indeed British.

I grew up in London,

and I recently moved
to Seattle, Washington.

Yeah, I'm half-Greek,
so this is sort of--

I came out of the womb
with this, basically.

your story, Peter.

So, when I was nine,
I was on holiday,

and I bought a tarot deck

just on a bit of a whim.

I was always
a bit of a weird kid.

And ever since then
I've sort of been fascinated

with developing
sort of psychic powers

and being able to read
into people's minds.

So, since then, I've just been
building that into a career.

Interesting.

And Peter,
this means something to you

- to do well in this competition?
- Yeah.

I knew that moving to America
was gonna be, like, a big risk,

but I knew
that I wanted more for myself,

and doing well in
"America's Got Talent"

is the sort of--

the key to unlocking
all of that.

So, it means so much to me.

So, in my 20s,

I actually worked as a psychic,

so people used to ask questions

about their love life
or their career,

but every now and then,

someone would ask
whether I could use

my abilities to find something

that they'd lost,

whether that was
an item of jewelry

or the family gold.

Let me show you what I mean.

So to replicate the experience
of losing something,

I made our own
"America's Got Talent" house.

So each room is themed
for one of the judges.

with some little dumbbells

Sofía, I know
that you love find dining,

so we've got some food
in there for you

and an X-ray of teeth,

'cause I know that you have

and a cat, 'cause I know
you recently got a cat.

the things that you love

the most in the world

Something that I learned
is actually we're all

far more similar
than we realize.

People tend to lose

which made my job a lot easier.
