That's amazing. It's a great way
to cut your teeth.

I took a gig on a cruise ship
early in my career.

I had like six days off
that whole year.

cruise ship ever again.

I did cruise ships for
2 1/2 years.

We would learn 300 to 400 songs,

and we would do four hours
pretty consistently at night.

I'm really grateful
for all of that.

I've been playing football
since I was five years old.

I am the only female on my team.

was a little scared

because she didn't want
her little girl getting hurt.

But that first time
I stepped out

and took that first hit,
I was hooked.

this little girl once say,

Just knowing that
there was someone out there

that thought that way about me,

country edge to what she does.

We just don't really hear that
sound in female voices anymore.

The thing that I love
about Hailey's voice

is that it's just so wild.

And Hailey's only 15 years old
and she's so talented.

and a mullet.

football, the intensity level,

it seems like you got it pegged

And there's parts of the song
that that's perfect

and brilliant and awesome,
and then there's parts of it

that I think you might be able

And, Lana, there's a presence
that you have

that just puts
everybody in here at ease.

the phrasing, it's so cool.

I mean, these are two

And believe it or not, that was
actually Hailey dialed back.

And then, Lana,
you have this very completely

opposite voice from what
Hailey has ‐‐

a very sweet tone,
very country.
