I hired someone to help me

because my husband wants me

to just throw everything
in the trash.

He's like, "Oh, kids' homework?

All my entertaining, my glasses.

I had wall-to-wall

of VHS tapes

of every cartoon ever made.

I'm like, "I don't know
if I can get those again."

I won't be having any more kids,

so I don't need

other people's photos in here?

There's a lot of memorabilia
in there.

she is an unbelievable
dessert chef,

a dessert tasting with her

Carnie Wilson and I met

while we were doing
"Celebrity Apprentice,"

and I was always a big fan
of Wilson Phillips.

I would be on the set
of "Celebrity Apprentice,"

and I would be going around
singing Wilson Phillips songs

and Boy George songs.

And then I would catch myself,

like, "Oh, my God,
that was so embarrassing."

- There's no point
inviting Rinna.

- Oh, by the way,
I already invited Rinna.

Oh, my God, you're so bad.

I actually invited Rinna
and even Eden.

Can you believe it?

- Well, then we're okay.
They were talking.

I'm the one who should be
annoyed with her...

Under normal circumstances,

this would not be the ideal time

to have everyone get together.

But we did say we all do
have to sit down

and hash it out.

- She is so authentically
excited about it,

and I never anticipated her
being that excited about it.

Plus, you know, she was,
like, raised on soap operas,

like "All My Children"
and everything,

so she has an affinity for 'em.

[doorbell rings]

- Have you been standing

I'm not sure exactly when

Erika's part's gonna be
written into a script,

but usually
you read for the part...

- Listen, I have been
pulling strings

and setting traps for years.

- A few weeks later,
they kind of come up

with the story, the character.

And then they write the scene
around that.

Well, how was
the Project Angel Food thing?

- Okay, well...
- Was it fun?

- Yeah.

[laughter]

What I mean by that is,

I'm not very good
in the kitchen.

- Wipe the top,
and then we'll open it.

Then we'll drain it,
and then you'll chop it.

- Okay.

You don't want me making food,

because you'd probably die.

- Now we're gonna act.

- Oh, sh..., okay.

Hey, Vinny, be easy.

Don't be all critical and sh...
- Easy?

You are a natural.
- Critical and sh...?

- Please.
- I'll let you be Codi.

I'm really excited and nervous

knowing that I'm gonna be
working with Erika.

I feel kind of a responsibility,

because I brought her
on "Young and Restless" ship.

Codi is like
a millennial smart-ass.

- Oh, I like millennials, yes.

It makes me 15 years younger.

- But Erika can handle it.

I just know she will,
and even though

she might have some insecurity
about it,

I think deep down inside,
she knows that she can do this.

- Yeah, well, and how
do you think I look this way?

Every morning,
I look in the mirror,

and I said, "Codi, 25, 25, 25."

You know, you should try it.

When I'm performing on stage,

I'm screaming; I'm yelling;

I'm dancing; I'm singing;
I'm tossing my hair.

[crowd cheering]

You know, all eyes on me.

- You build confidence
by knowing it.

Now you kind of know
who that person is,

so now just do it again.

- When you're acting for TV,

it's two completely different
things.

I have to listen. Imagine that.

You know, like, how do you think
I keep looking this way?

Like, every morning,
I look into the mirror,

I'm like, you know,
"Codi, you're 25, 25, 25."

- I love taking the kids

Well, I am going over
to Kyle's house,

and all of the girls
are gonna be there tonight.

Like, all of them...
Kim, everybody.

- Oh.
- So...

- Well, you're getting along
fine with Kim, aren't you?

- Well, I am,
and that's the thing.

Um, you know what we discussed
a little bit

about my meeting with Eden
the other day

and what happened in Mexico
and...

You know, you have to have
a "come to Jesus" moment,

so I think I've figured it out.

I mean, I swear to God

I don't remember saying
any of these things to Eden.

I met with Eden
right after game night,

so, yeah, I was pretty fired up.

But I also don't think

Eden would lie.

You know, if it had happened,
you know, a couple weeks later,

I had calmed down by then.

I thought about it.

I thought about everything
that was said,

as much as I could remember,
and there was a lot said.

- Well, I can see how
your buttons got pushed

if Kim was mean to you.

- You went after my husband.

- I never said anything
about your husband.

- Are you kidding me?
- Never said a word about him.

- Well, let's talk
about your arrest.

Why don't we do that?

To see Eden after game night,

I'm sure I could have said
everything.

I could have said even more.

I was spouting off my feelings.

I was really coming from a place
of connecting with Eden

because she's sober and because
she had her sister die.

And so we connected
on that level.

And I think that Kim knows.

I'm sure someone has told her,

because Eden went to Vanderpump
and told Vanderpump all this.

- So you think
that she's gonna be angry

that you said she was close
to death.

I mean, you've only been trying
to help Kim

since the very beginning.

- Oh, I don't think
they see it that way.

I don't think
Kim sees it that way.

I think they see it
as the opposite,

that I've only tried to hurt her
and...

- Well, that's absurd.

Why would you try
to hurt someone?

This is close to home, you know.

You have total empathy for this.

- In realizing

that I've said it,

I did say those things,

I now have to own it.

- Just be honest and truthful,

and speak from your heart.

- Okay.

That's not always
an easy thing to admit,

but I tell the truth,

and I will always tell my truth

and stand by
and stick to my truth.

So I have to go in there
and say,

"You know what?

I said it."

- So what do you think's
gonna happen tonight?

- I might be stoned to death,
so in case that happens, just...

- You've been sober how long?

- 12 years.

I'm a foul-mouthed,
crazy mother... er.

- That's why I love you.

- But I'm sober as hell.

- My God, look at it.

And the width
of the building as well?

- It's massive, isn't it?

I'm meeting
the landlord's agent here now.

Hey, Shaya.

Tell me we've got it.

- You've got the lease.

- And we can definitely
have dogs here?

- You can have dogs here.

You can have grooming here,
shelter.

- See, I think
what we're gonna do is,

we're gonna bring dogs in
from the shelter...

- Okay.

- And have them here in the day

so they can play,

and then hopefully
people adopt them.

We wanted to create
a dog rescue center,

and I'm gonna make it feel
more like a lifestyle shop,

and it's gonna have so much fun.

We're gonna have puppies there.

You can play with them.

It will be everything doggy.

Well, you see,

how we first started
getting involved in this is,

we started Vanderpump Pets.

We also got very involved
with stopping the dog torture

with the Yulin situation
in Asia.

- Yeah, dog torture
just destroys us.

We can't even think about it.

- It's just beyond.
- We've got to stop it.

- We've got dogs...
And near Hong Kong,

we infiltrated a truck
with a lot of dogs on it.

They were going
to the slaughterhouse,

and they were going to Yulin,

where they were gonna be
tortured,

so we're trying to change it,
and it's been a struggle.

The Yulin dog meat festival
is a festival

where they believe
in torturing the dogs,

because they believe that
it stimulates the adrenaline,

which tenderizes the meat.

They also believe
that it increases

the sexual prowess of a man

and cools the blood
in the summer solstice.

It's bullsh...

And so, basically,
I went to Congress to speak,

to say, "Hey, China,
we see what you're doing,

and we're not okay with it."

The annual
Yulin dog meat festival

is not just a celebration
that looks at dogs as commodity

to be harvested, eaten, or sold.

It's a celebration
of the vicious torture

and ten days of revelry
in their suffering.

- Ken, good to see you again.

- And you.

- It's not about
antagonizing China.

A lot of China is on our side.

It's barbarianism at its worst,

and we intend to stop it.

I don't want to turn
into a crazy person, but...

- Well, I mean,
you are a crazy person.

We're both crazy.

- If we can shine a light
on this politically

and get the backing
of the United States government

behind us,
then we have a chance.

When I turn my back
and they play that video,

I don't even know
what they were playing.

It's etched in my brain forever.

and that the girls can, like,

for their diets.

I've been wanting you to meet
my sister, Kim, forever.

And she's sober right now?

- She's sober.

and we'll sit on that side.

You've been sober how long?

- 12 years.

- Were you ever sober
and then you weren't

and then you were again? - No.

- As soon as you were sober,
that was it.

- That was it.
- That's really amazing.

- So my sister, Kim...

I don't know exactly how long
she's been sober now.

It's been a while,
but she's had periods

where she was sober
for a very long time

and then she fell off.

- I know that, but, you know,

this is what I've done
for 12 years.

I lead by example.

I mean, I'm a foul-mouthed,
crazy mother... er.

- That's why I love you.

- But I'm sober as hell.

- [laughs]

Okay, I have to go change.

I cannot look like this.

I love the wine.

which is a park.

and it's the thing

that I loved for the girls

I think she's having...

I've heard about Kim's sponsor,
Clare,

but I have not met her before,

and I think that maybe Kim
brought her

as not only her friend
but as some sort of security.

There's Carnie. - How are you?

- Oh, it's so good to see you.
- You too.

And this is Clare. - Hi, Clare.

- Kim bringing her sponsor
with her,

it also sends a message
to the other people

who are questioning her
or gossiping about her

that she's on the right track.

Carnie has been sober
for 12 years.

- 12.
- Wow.

- She was saying
that when she quit drinking,

that she transferred that
to baking.

- I did gain, like,
40 pounds after that,

but, you know, it's rather
than being dead.

- Honey, I'm hoping I have
my Teflon on.

- Why? What's up?
- Let me tell you.

- Oh, God.

- I got to share it with you,

because you're the one

that came to my room in Mexico,

and you said,
"You need to get your facts.

You need to figure it out."

I had to really start
to think about, "Okay,

"how could I have said
what Eden said?

"I don't think Eden is lying.

I have to take a look
at what is being said."

- Yeah.

- I met with Eden, and...

- After Mexico.
- Okay.

- So this is what
I've come up with.

As much as I can
figure it out, um...

I think I said everything.

- And all I could think about
to calm my nervous

This is way too much stuff.

- I'm very excited about this.

I love caviar...

Like, the little tiny thingies

and then the sour cream

and then the onions

and the little things
and the egg.

Could I tell you any more
how much I love caviar?

Did you invite Eden tonight?

- I did.

- And we were talking about it,

so I was just, like,
in the moment.

I said, "If you would like

With Carnie Wilson,
I'm doing a dessert tasting.

She started a new dessert line.

I'm going to do a little thing
for her at my house.

I'd love to have

It's only confusing
'cause you're like,

"She said, she said."

But the truth is... and I know
you're close with Rinna,

and I'm friends with Rinna too,

but these are things
that she said before,

which is why it's hard for me.

Let me ask you your opinion.

You can be honest.

Did you think that Kim
didn't seem sober

at the game night?

- I thought she was...
I thought she has been sober

every time I've seen here.

- That's what I'm saying.

- Two years ago,

Kim's behavior was erratic.

- You don't even know
what you're doing.

any of that kind of behavior

except maybe at game night,

with her sobriety at all.

I never got once

that Kim was struggling, ever.

So that's why the whole thing
is just weird to me.

It's illogical.

gotten in the car at any hour.

- I was sitting there,

and my daughter,
she clocked the shoes,

I caught, like, the tail end.

and then she looks over at me

with this look.

She's like, "Yes."

- I love it.

- Well, she was trying to say,

"Mommy, I need a pair of these."

- Exactly.
- It's adorable.

I have to say that is
the cutest thing ever.

There's something about people
in recovery.

It's that we don't
beat each other down.

We build each other up,
and we support each other.

she was at your birthday.

- Yes, Jana.
- She came with Lisa Rinna.

We're both friends.
- Yes, that's right.

- She was cramping this morning.
