Unfortunately, Dennis and
Durrell, Court and Ali,
and the winners of the
last leg of the race,
Catherine and Craig,
are unable to continue
at this time,
due to Covid,
but the race
must go on.
And that means Jully and Kathy,
and Cassie and Jahmeek
have been given another
chance to race again.

will begin the 4th leg
of an adventure
of a lifetime
on The Amazing Race Canada.

this leg of the race,
on top of having fun,

downtown Fernie for
City Hall, where they'll
sign up for one of two buses
heading north to Kananaskis
country, in Alberta.
They'll also find a
selection of
Guru Organic Energy drinks
to provide them with
good energy for the
rest of the race.

this is the Kananaskis Range
of the Rocky Mountains.
And here, on the Treaty 7
lands of the Stoney Nakoda,
Blackfoot Confederacy
and Tsuat'ina Nations,
teams will race to
find the mat first.

most complicated knots in
the history of horse packing,
the diamond hitch.
Teams must now travel on foot
to locate the red barn at
Star 6 Ranch, where they'll
find an ongoing
demonstration of a classic
diamond hitch knot.
When ready, they must
choose a station,
and secure a series of packs
to their simulated horse.
Once they've tied the diamond
hitch without a hitch,
Fiona will give them
their next clue.

With the famed Three Sisters
standing on guard over
some of the most scenic land
in the entire country,
the laid back town of Canmore
is an absolute showstopper.
Here, they'll search
the Trans-Canada Trail,
along the edge of the Bow
River, for their next clue.
Right now, we're leaving that
challenge in first place,

each depict a selection of
diverse landscapes that can
be seen from coast
to coast to coast,
on the Trans-Canada Trail.

three-wheel adaptive e-bikes,
are changing the lives of
adaptive outdoor riders
around the world.
Teams will have to locate
the Canmore Nordic Centre
at the base of
Mount Rundle.
One racer will have to ride
these three-wheeled machines
through this complex
slalom course in
1 minute and 45
seconds, or less.
Once they've completed the
course in the allotted time,
Christian Bagg,
the bike's inventor,
will give them
their next clue.
