During Cooper Canyon's carnival, an aquatic Elementor drags a tanker down into sea. Worse, next he starts tsunami-high waves, which drag the astronauts from MTech's launching base and sweeps uncle Ford and ma McGrath's car into the sea. Max Steel finds his underwater lair, where the passengers are imprisoned, and starts a mud and cement fight.
