Miles Dredd and his human henchman Jason Naught have captured Max, who is shocked to learn his rare turbo energy is needed to fill up the fiend's supply, stolen from Max's late father, running out after ten years. Uncle Harry's scientist Martinez works out Dredd's plan to draw all life energy from Cooper Canyon High, where he also located the Dredd Industries HQ as his layer. The MTech team invades DHI to free Max and Steel, whose turbo force may be lost forever if it takes too long.
