Uncle Ford's MTech team discovers several of Dredds former MHI dummy corporations were recently robbed by Extroyer, a mysterious monster which can assume animal shapes and properties. Max and Steel stand guard, confront it and find out it's a perverse link-upgrade of Dredd's human contracted thief Troy Winters. His HTI contact is eliminated by Dredd's CEO. Max Steel takes him on.
