at the power plant was illegally
syphoning electricity,

which means there has to be a
second coil somewhere receiving it.

But what do they need
all that power for?

I bet Checker knew and they got him.

LaFREY: Annie, see if there are any

large-scale deviations
in the magnetic field.

We find that second coil...

BARRY: Meanwhile, how are
