Still under lockdown, Nev and Kamie receive a request to help Dre finally meet elusive Casey. The request is so unconventional and the situation becomes so intense that the hosts question if they should continue the search.

right now with the pandemic, the civil unrest

has really reached a fever pitch.

Amidst all this craziness, states are starting to reopen.
But of course, there's now concern
about a second wave, so we're gonna continue
making the show remotely.

a little bit about everything that's been going on.
- I've been feeling a lot of things.

that is actually a new feeling

is just, like, a sense of hope
that things are going to get better.
Right now, I feel like everyone is learning,
and there's so much just, like,
enlightening information that's being spread.
It's really about taking yourself
out of your own personal bubble and just opening your mind
to the idea that there are people
who live differently than you do.
You know, it's something that I,
as a Black woman, was born into.
Like, these are things that we have all
experienced as Black people.
- We're all, right now, I think, best off listening,
certainly from where I'm sitting.
- Saying "Black lives matter"
does not mean that all other lives don't.
That's not what that means.
It means that right now,
the Black community is in a crisis,
and that's why we're focusing on the Black community.

And in the meantime, while that's happening,
I'm excited that we can still make our show.
So I think we should just jump in, keep it moving.
Here's an email from Fred.
And the subject is "Player's getting played."
- That sounds shady.
- "My name is Fred, and I live in Shreveport, Louisiana.
"I've got a bit of a situation here
"regarding my brother Dre.
"A couple months back, Dre tells me that he's talking
to this woman named Casey."

To me, it just screams "catfish."

And his girlfriend is actually a good girl.
You know, the reason I wrote to the show
because I just wanted him to learn his lesson,
not to lose his girlfriend that really loves him.
- I know, but it sounds like he deserves to get catfished,
I mean, if he's cheating on his girl.

But then we found out that you have a girlfriend
of six years!

where he can have his relationship
while also still having
a long-distance relationship with Casey

it could be Rebecca.

it would probably be one of his weird friends.
I could see them doing things like that to each other.

- Do you think that Dre and Rebecca have
a good relationship and that they should still be together?

All right, so here's the Instagram account,

Then we took the photos from her Facebook page,
and one of the pictures took us to this website,
Wicked Creations,
which is a makeup website.
And when we went to the "About Me,"
it took us to this.

- But here she says her name is Elisa [bleep]
and she's from Staten Island, New York.
It's definitely not a girl named Casey.
- So basically, it's not the same person.
That's not who was inboxing me.
It's definitely a shocker and a disappointment
at the same time.

- But she's definitely a hot blonde.

- Whoever she is,
we're pretty sure that's not who you're talking to.
- All right, and that's disappointing.
- And she actually does have an Instagram account
where you can see many more photos of her.
Here she is with her dog.
So now we try to figure out, "Okay, well, who, then,
is Casey," right?
So we searched the phone numbers
that you gave us, and the first one,
the old phone number, gave us this result
for someone named Jose Perez...
who looks like he might be 75 years old.
Now, I don't think
you're talking to a 75-year-old.
The phone number seems to be disconnected,
or it could just be that Casey gave up the phone number
and then someone else got it and it's this guy.
- Wow. - But did you notice
that the number is a Shreveport area code
when she gave you the number?
- I save numbers so quick.
And I maybe put 'em as, like, a code name
because of my situation.

- So here's what we got when we searched the new number.
Someone named M. Rodriguez.
We don't know if that's a guy or a girl.
Does that name ring a bell?
- No, but it might be a female.
- Age 33, so that's close to the age.
So it could be that this is
potentially who you're talking to.
- Right.
- So, you know, we were trying to figure out what to do next.
We looked through your Facebook,
and then we saw that Tasha kinda called you out, and--
- Tasha my sister. - Well, right.
We didn't realize that was your sister,
so we called and spoke to Tasha.
She gave us the skinny on you
being, you know... - [laughs]
- [laughs] A bit of a dog.
But we asked her, like,
"Do you think Rebecca would do something like this?"
to see if you, Dre, would cheat on her.
And Tasha didn't really think it was something
Rebecca would do.
In fact, Tasha said she thought
it might be one of your friends,
because she says you and your friends
are always messing with each other.
- I don't think me and my friends
would even go this far.
- So that was all we really found.
But we did one more thing,
which was, we tried calling the numbers.
Have you ever tried calling the phone number
that you currently have for Casey?
- I called both of 'em, and basically,
I don't get responded to.
- All right, so we called the current number,
and someone picked up right away,
probably because they didn't recognize our number.
But it was definitely a dude.

And they said, "Hello?"
and I said, "Hey, sorry, wrong number."
But it was definitely a...
adult male. - Oh. That's crazy.
It might be a dude. - I don't know.

we're pretty confident, and I think you are too,
that Casey's not the girl in the pictures,
and her current phone number, when we called it,
a dude answered.
- Right. Definitely like it sounds.
- Because of your situation with Rebecca
and the fact that you and her have a daughter
and it does sound like you have a lot of love for her
and you plan on continuing your relationship with her,
what do you want to do?
We could keep going
and pursue this Casey person,
or you could just walk away.
- I want to know what's going on.
