During a massive storm, Vera comes across an abandoned car with a baby inside. With no phone signal and roads blocked by storm damage Vera is forced to seek refuge somewhere she'd rather not be.

At this stage, I'd

The bruises are bad, but not so bad
to imply death by strangulation.
