bruise to her eye.

I believe knocked her
back into the fatal fall.

Backing that up, there's
a small meniscus tear

in the right knee,

which is consistent with a
sudden shift in body weight.

But it was her head that
took the majority of the impact.

was no water in her lungs.

entered the water post-mortem.

very likely broke
into her office.
