Undercover (2019–…): Season 3, Episode 4 - All-in Resort - full transcript

Unfortunately the quality of the writing and also the acting is going down.. the dialogue seems forced and unnatural. The scenes in the Turkish prison are too farfetched. Also the actors who are not native Brabant speakers are forcing the accent too obviously. Sorry, but I may have to stop watching after this episode. The only actor carrying it forward is Frank Lammers.

Passport, please.

Passport, please. You too.

We can't, we don't have...

Get your hands off my wife.
I'll kill you. I'll kill you all.

I'm looking for Patrick Diericks.
It's urgent. Where is he?

I don't know where Bob is.

I haven't heard from him.
I'm worried. Where is he?

Not here. Come on.

You can't just show up here.

- He said he'd be home today.
- Maybe his plane is delayed.

He would have called me.

His phone is turned off,
I can't reach him.

I can feel something's wrong.

- Did he tell you anything?
- No.

- You have to look for him.
- I can't.

Why not?

This operation is not official.
There's nothing I can do.

We'll just have to wait.

Look, Bob is the best I know.

He'll turn up. You'll see.
Come on, go home.

Excuse me? You expect me
to sit around at home and wait?

You have to look after your people.
You've already lost one UCA.

Something's wrong, I can feel it.

Look, this baby was an accident.
We weren't sure we should keep it.

It was Bob who wanted to go for it.
He promised me he'd be there for us.

And he's kept his promise.
So the fact that he hasn't called me...

Something's wrong.

Just arrest that gang.
They'll know where he is.

If I could, I wouldn't need Bob.

Look, I'll make some phone calls
to see if I can find anything.

But you need to leave now.

Thanks.

I really thought you took the deal.

Thanks.

You knew I'd keep silent?

No. I don't trust you one bit.

I trust those Turks even less.

What?

- Fuck off, man.
- Leave him alone.

We have to call Patrick.

Why didn't you just say you're a cop?

I'm not a cop, okay?
Besides, it's too risky.

If Leyla hears, it's over.

Over? Look around you, man.

We may have to spend the next 15 years
in some foul Turkish shithole.

There is always a solution, Ferry.

What? Sit here and do nothing?

Maybe I should have taken the deal.

We're not taking any deal.

We have to call Patrick.
That's our only chance.

Alright, thanks. I'll call you.

They're held at the police station
in Güngören Cd.

- And Reinhard?
- He's in the hospital.

Maybe we can have him transferred
to a private hospital.

- Is he being guarded by police?
- Around the clock.

They'll question him
as soon as he awakes from his coma.

That idiot.

Leave him to his fate.

What about Peter and Ferry?

We need them.

Okay.

Do we know anything more?

- They're at Güngören police station.
- And the money?

We lost it. Two million.

But it won't be linked to us, right?

Thank God you weren't in that car.
What would we have done then?

- I'm going to change.
- Okay.

Goddamnit.

Brother, you know Leyla is trying
to get those two men released, right?

She can try. Those lawyers
can't be linked to us, right?

I know, but still.

All that money spent on two guys
who haven't proven their worth yet.

Leyla knows what she's doing.

What?

- Timur.
- It's nothing.

- You don't have any secrets for me, right?
- No, I don't have any secrets, no.

Brother...

I don't know how to say this.

When we were at the restaurant...

That Peter... that bastard.

I think he put his hands on Leyla.

Under the table. I think.

"I think"?

"I think"?

You come into my house to tell me this.

And you say "I think"?

- I thought you'd want to know.
- Know what?

That you want to get back at Leyla
because of your nephew?

Because that's all there is to know.

I might be mistaken.

Do you have any idea
how much she does for me?

That's love. It's unconditional.

She would never betray me.

And if you ever
say something like this again...

I'll kill you.

I won't care that we're friends.

Okay.

I must be mistaken.

- I shouldn't have said anything.
- Get out.

Of course I get worried
when they phone me late at night.

- I didn't know they'd phone you.
- Who else?

I'm the primary contact. I'm responsible
when you suddenly disappear.

Where the hell were you?

- Just, you know.
- You know, what?

Away for a bit. I'm back now, am I not?
Jesus.

- You're not doing drugs again, are you?
- No.

- I just went somewhere else.
- Just tell me where.

To see a hooker. Happy now?
Do you need me to describe her?

She was blonde up there,
but down there she was pretty...

You met a nice girl online, didn't you?
That was going well, right?

- Through chat it was, yes.
- Right.

So why don't you ask her to meet you?

My profile picture isn't up to date.

- If I smile, she'll run for the hills.
- Of course not.

- Yes, she will.
- You're a great guy.

She'll see that as well.

And what do I tell her
if she asks about my teeth?

That I'm an ex-junkie?
Even my own sister doesn't trust me.

Yeah, fuck, sorry.

I'm just really worried
you'll fall back into old habits.

But you're doing super well.

I'm super proud of you.

- Really?
- Yes, really.

I need you to know that.
I know I panicked, but...

I should have trusted you. I'm sorry.

Why don't you send her a message?

No way.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

- Right.
- It's true.

Yeah, yeah.

HEY VICKY,
DO YOU HAVE PLANS TONIGHT?

Let's give Patrick's number
to the next guy who leaves.

Have him pass on a message.

Yeah? Who is the next guy leaving?

Well, do you have a better idea?

- Give him the card.
- No, not him. Let's wait for the next one.

- The next one? Why?
- Because he's a nutcase.

Hey, fuck off.

Was it smart to give him the card?

I've learned the number by heart.
I'm not stupid.

Hey, calm down. Easy.

- Yildirim, come with us.
- Finally.

But first I'll pay a visit
to that dirty whore of a mother of yours.

We need a doctor here immediately.

Let him bleed.

We can't, we'll get in trouble.

Look at my nose, man.

That was the other guy.

Fuck it. Just you wait, asshole.

Yes, police station Güngören. Hurry up.

Peter.

Shut up.

- Shut up.
- Make noise. Now.

Shut up.

I can make a phone call here,
if we can get this guard to leave.

Goddamnit.

...we see that these numbers
will balance out.

Beyond that, we need to keep
communicating with the other agencies.

We know where the problems are.

- But we'll still have to...
- Hello?

Ferry Bouman.

- We're at a police station in Istanbul.
- Where?

Gungoren or something.

We were caught with a lot of money
in our car.

And we have to act now, or else...
I have to go.

What? Hello?

Ouch. Goddamnit.

Are you okay?

Yeah, yeah.

Did you succeed?

What do you think?

I'm Ferralt Bogman.

I know where Bob is.

Is he alright? Where is he?

At a police station in Istanbul.
He's been arrested.

Oh, no.

He's there as a civilian, not as a cop,
so he'll be brought before a judge.

What does that mean?
Will he end up in a Turkish jail?

That's all I know.

But I can't call the embassy
without blowing up the entire operation.

That's why I'm calling you.
You could call them.

Call the embassy? Me?
What am I supposed to tell them?

That your husband's been arrested.
Maybe they can help you.

But... I mean...
You should be able to solve this, right?

- You can't just...
- I'm sorry, this can't lead back to me.

- But...
- I'll send you the phone number.

Fuck you, man. Fuck you.
You're the one who caused this problem.

So you're going to solve this.
Either you make sure he doesn't go to jail

or I'll call your boss or the press.
And don't think I'm bluffing.

That won't help him.
It's only going to endanger him.

Bob is not going to jail, do you hear me?

If he's not home tomorrow,
I'll start making phone calls.

Nathalie, come on... Nathalie.

So?

They're still in custody.

Held by a bunch of idealists
who don't care for money.

We really need Bouman's pills.

And that Peter as well. He's a smart guy.

If there's nothing more we can do,
we'll have to find another partner.

Like who?

Orlando Martina.

Orlando? Don't you remember
the shit he pulled in Rotterdam?

Not with us. I've never had any problems
with him.

I'll think about it.

What?

I love you.

- Finally.
- Yes.

In real life, as they say.

Sorry I'm late.

My daughter didn't want to be put to bed
by the babysitter.

Four years old, and already a diva.
Unbelievable.

No problem. I've already signed us up.

- Ah, fantastic.
- Yeah, so...

Shall we start right away?

- That's why we're here, right?
- Yes.

I hope you can handle losing to a girl.
Because I'm going to kick your ass.

Right, I'll go get you some shoes.
What size do you have?

- Thirty-nine.
- Thirty-nine. Okay.

- Peter?
- Ferry.

Goddamnit.

Come closer.

- Are you okay?
- Yeah, I'm alright.

I have a feeling
we're not driving to court.

Maybe Patrick is behind this.

Maybe you went too far.

You fucking broke that guy's nose.

- I had to create a distraction, and I did.
- Did you have to seduce Leyla as well?

I have to use whatever means I have.

Thanks to your scheming
I'll be rotting away in the desert soon.

They're not going to kill us.
I told them I have kids.

So what?

- They know someone will look for me.
- Are you saying no one will look for me?

Well, who would?
You've sucked them all dry.

Jürgen, Remco.
And now your brother-in-law.

Lars and I help each other. Shut up.

Putting a junkie in a lab. Good plan.

Oh, shut up.

- You're selfish.
- Shut the fuck up.

- No one will miss you.
- Shut up.

I've done nothing wrong.

You're here illegally.

Please, I can't go back.

You'll be fine. There's no red notice
and no extradition order.

I have a girlfriend here.

You have no idea who I am, man.

Danielle is the only one who knows me.
She'll miss me.

Christ, that I should have to end up
in a hole in the desert with you.

Trust me, I didn't want this, either.

I think we left the freeway.

I'm simply respecting the law.

What do we do when those doors open?
Attack?

Wearing handcuffs?
You want to bite them to death?

Take it easy.

Sorry, man.

It's not...

I'm okay, I'm okay.

A copy of his deportation file, please.

Hello?

Okay.

If you ever come back to Turkey
we'll bury you so deep

that no one will ever find your bodies.

You'll find your own way home.

Oh, honey...

DELETE CHAT?

You've reached Lars.
Leave a message after the beep.

Hey Lars, it's Ferry.

I'm just calling to see how you're doing.

Our Turkish friends were very happy.
Thanks to you.

Well done.

Call me back.
Or come visit me some time.

I have plenty of space here
for you to stay over.

Lars?

Refugee Forum, good afternoon.

A man named Suleyman Özturk was
brought to the asylum center in Merksplas

with an expulsion warrant.
He'll be deported from there.

But his right to be heard
has been violated.

Violated? How?

He has a partner and a child here.
That's not in the police report.

It could affect his case.

I'll look into it right away.
Thanks for the info. What's your name?

Sir?

Have some more.
We brought it just for you.

Not hungry.

- Peter and Ferry have been released.
- Why?

The police couldn't prove they had
anything to do with Reinhard's money.

They were deported.
They landed this morning.

That means we can do business with them.

Yes.

I've already made a deal with Orlando.

You'll have to cancel it.

I trust Peter and Ferry now.

I trust Orlando.
He doesn't get caught by the police.

What happened to you?

Before we left, you were defending them.

I changed my mind.

I'm going to meet them at the party venue.
They left their car there.

Did you see a doctor?

A few stitches.
They'll be removed on Monday.

And you? Wifey happy to see you again?

She didn't want to let go of me.

Will things be okay between you and Leyla?

She sounded relieved.

I hope you don't expect me
to act all cheery.

I'm sick and tired of that bitch.

I know that. So am I,
and I'll make sure she knows that.

But we can't blow things up now.

So you're just going to suck up
to her again?

I'm going to keep going
until I know who the mole is.

And then we'll roll up the entire gang
and be done with it.

- I'm happy to see you.
- Happy?

Yes.

That idiot buddy of yours almost landed us
in Turkish jail for the rest of our lives.

You're right. I'm sorry.

You were my guests,
and I should have ensured

you got back to the hotel safely.

You won't see Reinhard again.

We'll find a new solution
for the payments. Okay?

So that's all we get? An apology?

I suggest we leave the past behind us
and look towards the future. I trust you.

I really hope the problems in Turkey
don't get in the way of our collaboration.

I don't really want to collaborate
anymore.

I've managed to stay
under the police's radar for years.

I'd like to keep it that way.

So I don't know
if I can trust you anymore.

- You can trust me.
- How?

I can guarantee you won't get in trouble
with the police again.

No one can guarantee that.

I get info from the inside.

I know every move the cops make.
Including where it concerns you.

How do you think we've managed
to operate for so long?

How reliable is that info?

A hundred percent.

You found some detective
with a money problem

and we're supposed to be impressed?

The info comes straight from the top.

Oh, yeah? So phone him. Right now.

Ask him if he knows
we were in a Turkish prison.

- That's not how it works.
- Come on.

He's off duty for five days.

He has a sports injury.

What a coincidence.

He'll be back on Monday.

Leyla, you're bullshitting us. Who is he?

I've already said too much.

Then call us when you're able
to tell us more.

Salaam alaikum.

Well done.

- JUST CAME FROM LEYLA. BIG NEWS.
- COME BY MY PLACE.

You have no idea how happy I am
to see you.

- What happened to you?
- You don't want to know.

What matters is I got you out.

I told my bosses I have a sports injury.

NEXT TIME

- Ferry, wait.
- I've waited enough. I'm gonna kill you.

Goddamnit.

Mrs. Bouman.

Van Marken. I'm divorced.

Don't hang up. I need your help.

Forward it to me. I want to have a look.
We need to be careful with this.

There's one more thing I can try.

He was doing so well, damnit.

It's not my fault.

Just admit you're having him cook again.

Mom's not here.
Sila said she went with Peter Bogaert.
