RO:
Come on, let's go!

ZETA:
It's Bennet. Run!

This way.

RO:
Quick, Zee. Change.

ZEE:
Ro, look out!

[SCREAMS]

RO: We'll get you your freedom, Zee.
I know it.

Uh-uh.

Not in this lifetime.

Freaky. What do you think?

I don't understand
the appeal of this game.

You don't even like most of the looks.

It's called relaxing, Zee.

You're always so wound up.
You gotta stop and smell the roses.

What does relaxing
have to do with roses?

It's an expression.

It means take a break to enjoy stuff.

I still don't get it.

You're telling me.

[ELEVATOR CHIMES]

[BOTH SCREAM]

Shh.

Sorry.

It's them.

And I just ordered room service.

Grab my hand.

The window.

LEE:
Where'd they go?

Someone must have tipped them.

Outside. Move it.

RO:
We clear?

I think so.

Nice Skivvies.

Really?

I'll steer us down.

Spread out. They can't be far.

Scratch that. This way.

MAN [OVER PA]:
The Bullet to Fenton City.

Final boarding call, Track 4.

Come on!

BENNET:
Split up. Check every platform.

WOMAN [OVER PA]:
Attention, travelers.

For your own safety and convenience,
please do not leave your bags unattended.

All unattended bags will be
promptly detonated by station security.

[GASPS]

MAN [OVER PA]:
Stand clear of the closing doors.

[GRUNTS]

MAN [OVER PA]: Please take
your seats and prepare for departure.

[SCREAMS THEN GRUNTS]

[PHONE RINGS]

BENNET [OVER PHONE]:
West. Where are you?

On a train. They're on it too.

I saw them.

Don't worry. I'll stop the train.

No. Don't move a muscle.

Look outside, West.

BENNET [OVER PHONE]: How many agents
do you see surrounding the train?

Uh, zero.

Exactly.

If you stop that train,
those two are gonna disappear.

Now, stay where you are
and we'll come to you.

Where's the train headed?

I have no idea.

Then ask somebody.

No, wait.
Boss, I'm gonna get him myself.

[BEEPS]

What? West, don't you--

West?

[GRUNTS]

Find out where that train went
and get me to it.

[SIGHS]

You can chill, Zee. We made it.

Chill? Oh.

I hope so,
but I'll stand guard just in case.

You can chill.

[SCOFFS]

Look out there, Zee.

Even a city kid like me
knows it's beautiful.

Enjoy it. Smell the roses.

But that's wheat.

Ah, forget it.

WEST:
Excuse me.

Have any of you seen a synthoid
with a hologram around him?

What?

Agent West.

It's all right.
I'm a secret government agent.

Sure. Easy for you to hide.

Zee, what are you doing?

WEST:
Excuse me.

Have you--? Hey!

I didn't do that. Come on.

Hold it! Stop that...me!

So much for chilling.

- What was that about?
- I don't know.

Something's interfering
with my holomorphic processors.

Stop, Zeta! Hold it right there.

Come on. Maybe we can avoid a fight
until the train gets to Fenton.

Here.

Quick, change. Cover me too.

ZETA: This won't help for long
if he has his holo-viewers with him.

[GROANS]

Then I guess we're all right.

- You solid?
- Ow!

Sorry. Federal agent.

- Or there's the low-tech version.
WEST: You solid?

[GLASS BREAKS]

Sorry. Federal agent.

We'd better keep moving.

Hold up. This just might solve itself.

- You solid?
- Ow!

MAN:
What's the idea?

Sorry. Federal agent.

I don't care who you are.

[GRUNTS]

Excellent. I didn't know
they had a show on this flight.

WAITER:
Would either of you like a drink?

Yeah, and you know what else?
A bucket of popcorn.

[SNIFFS]

- What are you doing?
- Smelling the roses.

My olfactory sensors
are on top of my head.

I don't have a real nose.

[WAITER GASPS]

[CHUCKLES]

It's fake, Zee.

I promise we'll find you
a real rose later, okay?

Okay.

[WAITER GASPS]

Zee, now you're the waiter.
Do something.

Do something. Right.

Not what I meant.

Can I use this?

Huh? What are you people?

Huh?

It's them.

[GRUNTS]

[BOTH GRUNT]

[WEST GROANS]

[GASPS]

MAN [OVER PA]:
Supersonic drive engaged.

Target intercept in 14 minutes.

I've contacted the field office in Fenton.
They'll have backup at the station.

What about available weapons onboard?

Here's a manifest.

Sonic destabilizers,
electrostatic netting, EM pulse grenades.

Any of them could take Zeta down.

Who said it was for Zeta?

Sir?

Deciding what I'm gonna do to West.

MAN:
One second.

Taken. Come on.

In here.

ZETA: I think I know
what's causing my malfunctions.

Zee, we don't have time
to list your malfunctions.

But go ahead. Tell me the current thing.

The train is powered by high-energy
transformers that run along the track.

Their flux is causing a crossover between
my optical and holomorphic centers.

And in English?

Every time we pass a transformer,
I become someone I've just seen.

Do all killer robots have these problems?

Uh, you knock here?

Agent West, NSA.

You haven't seen
a holomorphic synthoid, have you?

- A what?
- A synthoid.

Projects a hologram,
could look like anyone.

Then how would I know if I saw him?

For all you know, he could be me.

Ow!

Nope. Thanks for your help.

WEST:
Anyone in there?

It's not locked. Hide.

[SCREAMS]

Ooh! Sorry!

And where did you see that?

Out there, I guess.

Okay. That's a little creepy.

ZETA:
I didn't do it on purpose.

I knew it.

Freeze, robot!

[GRUNTS]

[WEST GRUNTS]

WEST:
Hey! Quit it!

Let me out. You can't do this.

I'm a government employee.

Quick moves, Tin Man. Aah!

RO:
Okay, keep moving.

[YELLS THEN GROANS]

RO:
Uh-oh.

Out of train.

[GROWLING AND BARKING]

Shh. Nice Fido.

You're gonna blow our cover.

WEST:
Too late.

Come out real slow, Zeta.

Finally. I'm the one
that's gonna bring you in.

[SCREAMS]

[GRUNTS]

[GROANS]

[BOTH GRUNT]

[GRUNTS]

This can't be good.

He's all right.

[RO GRUNTS]

But a hover cell's blown.
This car is unstable.

If I can't stop it,
the whole train's going to crash.

[WEST GROANS]

Get off this car. I'm going to unhitch it.

[GRUNTING]

[GROANS]

[GASPS]

[GROANS]

The controls are on the roof. Stay here.

What if goofball wakes up?

Run. We'll meet up at the station.

But where at the station?

[GASPS]

[DOG BARKING THEN WHIMPERING]

Fido. Great.

Zee, please take your time.

[GRUNTS]

[WHIMPERING]

Come on, fella.

[RO GRUNTS]

Oh, crud.

Hey!

[GASPS]

- Zee!
- Ro!

Grab my hand.

I can't.

Hang on.

[GRUNTING]

Hurry!

[GASPS]

[RO GRUNTING]

[PANTING]

Zee!

What's he doing up there?

What he was built to do: destroy.

Ready a static net.
Then wait for my signal.

Give it up, Zeta.

We have the synthoid. Drop the net.

Drop it now!

[GASPS]

Get down!

[BOTH GASP]

[GRUNTS]

Mm, Regional Director West.

Uh, Vice President West.

MAN [OVER PA]:
Now arriving on Track 4...

...the Bullet from Hogan, Kentucky,
and Perryville, Kansas.

MAN [OVER PA]:
Now arriving on Track 12...

...the Metropolitan from Preston, New York,
and Highland, Indiana.

He jumped to another train.
It just arrived from the east.

Cover the exits.

Find out what just came in. Move it!

FEMALE AGENT: Yes, sir.
MALE AGENT: Move it out. You heard him.

[WEST GROANING]

West. Are you okay?

Did I get him? I did it, right?

[GROANS]

What happened?

Last thing I know...

...I was in the luggage car
and something exploded.

But I had him.

The luggage car's gone, West.

How'd you get back out here?

I don't know.

MAN [OVER PA]:
Final boarding call, Track 8...

...the Upshot to Saskatchewan.

"We'll meet up at the station."

MAN [OVER PA]:
All aboard, Track 8.

What am I supposed to be,
a mind reader?

[SNIFFING]

Figured you'd come here.

I thought you would too.

You realize this means
we're starting to think alike.

Hmm.

No, not good.

Scary. Very.

Why? I thought--

Never mind. Come on.

ZETA:
You were right, Ro. Smelling roses is nice.

We should take more time
to enjoy things.

Yeah, right. With you?

Never a dull moment.

ZETA: This is how mail
was delivered before the Net.

People would walk from door to door,
hand-delivering individual messages.

RO:
Yeah, right.

No, really. What was it?

[ENGLISH SDH]
