The Big Shot with Bethenny (2021–…): Season 1, Episode 2 - Don't Waste My Time - full transcript

Putting the group's marketing and time management skills to the test with a photoshoot challenge for her bestselling shapewear, Bethenny finds herself pleasantly surprised by some and taken aback by the ineptitude of others.

- Time is valuable.
Time is a commodity.

Any time wasted means
less time with my daughter,

less time sleeping,
relaxing, taking a bath,

doing the things
that I wanna do.

I do not waste time.

And anyone who works with me
has to understand

that time is a massive element
in this job.

Ah--oh, my God.
Ah!

Mmm, mmm.
Mmm!

Oh, oh, my God.

Holy shitballs, is that good.

- The pie?

- Ah!

Oh!

These are sick.
- Those are good, yeah.

- Oh, my God.
What is this?

- Isn't it good?
Is that your first one?

- Second, but different flavor.

- So what else did you think
about the other night?

- I don't know if any
of these people are smart.

That's an interesting question.
Everyone's talking a big game.

I need to find someone
that can be my number two.

I don't know if anyone's--

and they don't have any idea
what's going on.

- I know.

I would die
to do this competition.

Die to do this competition.

If this were me,
I would be awake early,

polished,
dressed professionally.

Think about it
every minute of the day.

Take it so seriously.
I mean, kill or die for it.

Yes, beyond.

- Yeah.

New York City, guys.
New York City.

- I know.

- So exciting.

- I am here,
and I want to stay here.

There's nothing that I feel is
more important at this point

than to fight
for this position.

- Or what do I do?
I don't even know.

I've never looked at a resume
in my life.

Someone comes in,

highly recommended,
they're amazing,

they tell me
they're the Wizard of Oz.

They say they're organized,
and two days in, I'm like,

"What the fuck
are you doing here?"

I think running the show,
being Oz

is the most important thing.
- Yeah.

- Manage other people,
delegate.

It's who I used to be.

I'm nervous
we're gonna get to Oz

and open the curtain

and there's not gonna be an Oz.

That's what I'm scared of.

- Hey.
- We're here.

- All right, here we go.

- Whoo!

- Oh, my God.
- Oh, wow.

- Wow.
- Holy cow!

- This is unbelievable.
- Oh, my God.

I love the Skinnygirl picture.

- Wow.

- I designed a loft in SoHo,

which will be home base
for this group.

This is command central.

- Let's have some coffee.
- Guys.

- Are you gonna have coffee?
- Skinnygirl Coffees.

- Yeah.
- Look at all the fun products.

- What do you want?
- This is gorgeous.

- What is going on?
- Detail in here is amazing.

- The loft looks incredible.

So beautiful.
I wish I could live there.

Honestly, it's like
the dream working space.

- I see names.
- Oh, look at your name.

- Oh, wow.
- DJ Rosé.

- Wait, where am I?
Oh, thank you so much.

DJ Rosé.

- I didn't do the best job

selling myself to Bethenny,
if I'm being fully honest.

I wasn't really
ready for that.

I just was kind of, like,
enjoying myself at the party.

- I want a lifer.

You see Nicole being here

and getting her gold Rolex
after her,

you know, 20-year stint here.
I want that.

- Yeah.
- Do you want that?

- Yeah.
- No, for you.

- Yes, yes.
- Okay.

Everybody--well,
you're gonna wanna go off

and have like tattooed babies
and ride motorcycles.

- I don't have
a single tattoo on me.

- What?
- I don't have any tattoos.

- I know, but I feel like
you're attracted to men

who have tattoos always.

Aren't you always?
Some piercings, some tattoos.

- Any one of us
could be eliminated

at any moment,
so we can't get comfortable.

The rest of us
that are standing here,

it's not all corporate people
up here.

We got the older gals,
we have the younger ones.

What is Bethenny looking for?

I am terrified now.

- All right,
who out of all these people

do you think would be good
at executing social media?

I hate social media.

How do I even--what is Reels?
What is Reels?

- It's, like,
the TikTok of Instagram.

- Oh!
- Yeah.

- What does that mean?
It's music?

- Yeah.
- Who has fucking time?

- It's too much.
- It's a lot.

- Yeah.
- It's fucking crazy.

- I agree, it's insane.
I can't keep with it.

- I mean, it's Pinterest
and Tumblr and Jumblr.

So, Snapchat...
- We got Snapchat.

- Insta Story
was like Snapchat.

- Yep.
- Now Reels is like TikTok.

- TikTok.

It's ridiculous.

- I'm like Betty White
doing Instagram.

I just don't know
how to fucking do this.

- Exhausting!

- Can you guys believe
that we're the last five?

- It's crazy.

- Honestly, we should all be,
like, patting ourselves

on the back right now,
you know?

- Nicole, I can't forget
about her--God.

Sorry, is this being filmed?
Oh, my God, okay, sorry.

- So, you guys,
my first apartment

was literally three blocks away
from here ever,

when I came to New York City.

I know this neighborhood
like the back of my hand.

And then, like,
I come to this area

'cause it reminds me of my 20s,
you know, so--

- How old are you?
- We don't talk about that.

- She's just too much.
Too much.

She gives me, like,
17-year-old girl vibes.

- I know I'm wearing a lot
of clothes right now,

but I've been working
on my abs.

- Uh-huh, good for you.
- So you can kind of see them.

They're, like,
starting to come out.

Nice.

- All right, Correy.

I'm gonna chat
with you because--

- Let's chat, let's chat.

- That girl--
she's driving me nuts.

Do this.

- Oh, my God.
We're in "Romper Room."

- Whoa.

Yeah, that's hideous.
That's garbage.

I am fairly immaculate.

Oh, my God.

This loft
is a reflection of me.

I cannot live or operate
or work in a world

where things are not organized,
kempt, neat, together.

There could be a 747
landing through the ceiling,

I wouldn't notice it.

But if there's one sesame seed
in the corner,

that's what I'm focusing on.

I like things
to be a certain way.

And the person who I hire

needs to like things
to be a certain way too.

- Hi.
- Hey!

- How's it going?

- What's up, Bethenny?
- Good morning.

- Hi.
- You look amazing.

- Thank you. Hi.
- You're welcome.

- What do you think
about the loft?

- It's amazing.
- Amazing.

- Can I move in?

- I would like to move in too.

So how's it going?
- Going great.

- How's the experience been?
- Amazing.

- We're so excited
to still be here.

- You guys stressed, or--

- I just like to keep going.

Like, I'm like, "What's next?

Let's keep moving," you know?

- Got it.
Okay.

Why--what--whoa.

Nicole's wearing
a crop top today.

You're at a job interview
to work for me.

And I think, aren't
they taking this seriously?

Like, isn't this
a professional job interview?

I don't know.
I don't get it.

I wanna know what you guys
thought of the other night.

I envisioned these
powerhouse people coming in

that just could
all do this job,

but I'm nervous that this group

does not contain a top dog.

The other day, like, there was
a casual nature, doing shots,

like really relaxed,
getting wasted.

I'm a very serious person.
Everybody comes into the job,

and I always say to them,
"It's not a cocktail party."

Ironically,
it was a cocktail party.

But it's not
the proverbial cocktail party.

So catcalling me
and trying to get my attention

during a party
is disrespectful.

Hello, everybody.

- Ow-ow!

- You're not
a construction worker,

and I'm not walking down
Third Avenue.

We don't even know each other.

But I can tell you
that screaming something

is not only disrespectful,
it is not a smart choice.

I can be inappropriate.

I can be abrupt.
I can be abrasive.

That's not what
you're supposed to be.

I get away with it.
And I am the rainmaker.

But the people around me need
to be completely professional

and respect me in that way
'cause I've earned it.

This is my brand.
I am my brand.

Whoever works with me
reflects what the brand is.

No one works harder than me.
I'm always thinking about it.

I'm passionate.
I go with my gut instinct.

And, you know,
that's what it's about.

Something about you
jumped off the page,

so you're here for a reason.

Now it's time
to prove yourselves, okay?

So today, I'm going
to give you guys a project.

This is my Skinnygirl
shapewear line.

After I sold the liquor,
I wanted to own this.

So then I own 100%
of this brand.

I make the most money of
my entire brand on shapewear.

My shapewear business
is my most lucrative category

in the Skinnygirl brand.

And it's really
important to me.

It has blown up,
and is doing incredibly well.

You, today, are going
to produce a photo shoot

that will be an actual
Skinnygirl campaign.

You'll have a photographer,
hair, makeup, photo studio,

everything it takes to create
a photo shoot for a campaign.

Clearly, this job
is not to hire a director

for my photo shoot.

I have 25 brand categories,

and podcasts,
and books I'm writing,

and a myriad of things
that I do.

This process
and these projects

are designed
to put someone to the test

to prove to me

if someone has the values
and attributes to do this job.

Respectfully, to a director,

this job is harder than being
the director of a photo shoot.

You'll have an allotted
amount of time.

Time is the most
valuable asset that I have.

My calendar is gnarly.

A big part of this job is time.

It is literally
more important than money.

You have all the resources
you need.

Don't waste time, okay?

- Thank you.
- Awesome.

- Correy, can I talk to you
before we go?

- Okay.

- Hi.

- Hey, Bethenny.

- All right.
So you won that project.

- Yes.
- Okay.

Hold on, this is bothering me.

Details,
attention to detail always.

Okay, so you won that project.

- Thank you.
- And in return,

you will be in charge
of the time allocation.

It's a photo shoot
for several hours,

and you will figure out
how that time gets divided.

So giving Correy
the responsibility

to manage the time is like
that card in "Candy Land"

where you get to go to the end.

I mean, if this guy
can run a photo shoot today

and just manage everybody
on time,

he's gonna have a hall pass
for a while.

Like, that's going
to go a long way.

Here's a dossier
that explains to everybody

what the deliverables--

that's like a--
that's, like, a lingo.

So that is what
you need to convey, okay?

- Okay, no problem.
Thank you so much.

I feel like I'll be best
in this position because

over the last 15 years,
with my company,

Black Excellence,
I've been doing big events.

I've worked with
certain celebrities.

It is a not-for-profit
organization

that I started to give back
to certain kids.

I wish when I was growing up
we had certain role models.

Here's the itinerary.
- Thank you.

- Like, when I think
of Bethenny Frankel,

I think a hustler.

She started from the bottom,
kind of like me.

That's why I have
a connection to her,

so I can learn
a lot from her.

And she could be like
another role model to me.

- Oh, my God.

I--I can't.

- Oh, man.
How you guys doing?

- Correy, give us the tea.

- Because I won
the last competition,

she kind of, like,
made me in charge of the time.

So I'ma just read
out something.

Yeah, we have
three hours to shoot.

So I guess I gotta pick
the shooting order.

There's five of us.
So I guess we each will get,

give or take,
that's about, what, 40 minutes?

- 35 minutes a person.
- 30-some minutes.

Yeah, something like that.
There are ten models.

You each get to select
two models

from the enclosed headshots.
Yeah.

- I may want someone who looks
a little bit different.

Do you wanna trade?
- Yeah.

- 'Cause I don't want to be
too homogeneous.

- So you good with those two?
- Yeah.

- Everybody good with theirs?

- Yeah.
- All right.

All the products you're going
to need for the shoot

will arrive to your lobby.

- Should we go grab it?

Check it out?
- Yeah.

- Do not run us over
like you did the last time,

'cause I will trip you.
- I was a little too excited.

- On your mark, get set.

- Let's go.
- Let's go.

- Time is money, guys.
- Time is money.

All right, everybody get a box.

- For my photo shoot,
we've got 30 minutes.

That's no small task.
But I've done it before.

I'm gonna take my models
from morning until the evening

and make it feel authentic,
like they're really there,

what activities would they
authentically be doing.

- So, Milokssy,
you said we have

36 minutes each person
to shoot.

- Yes, 36, evenly.
- All right, so--all right,

I'll just pick the order
now then, I guess.

All right, so let's do
Wendy, Milokssy, Jen, Nicole,

then I'll go last.

We have a certain amount
of time for the photo shoot,

certain amount of time
for hair and makeup,

and a certain amount of time
for everything.

So I pretty much

gave everybody
a certain amount of time.

And I still left
a window available

just in case
any slipups happen.

- Yes.

- Uh-oh, uh-oh.
- Oh, my God.

- Is it on the clothes?
- Yes, I need help.

- Jenna, here.
Oh, God.

I don't like throwing
people under the bus

because that's not how I work,
but Jenna--sweet girl.

But I don't think
she's prepared

for what Bethenny
is looking for.

- So insane.
- Okay.

Just stay focused.
- Oh, my God.

I cannot believe
I just spilled coffee.

This is, like,
a lesson learned.

I keep learning lessons
during these challenges.

- It's 11:30, guys.
Time to go. You all ready?

- Yes!
- Let's go.

- Vámonos.
- There's no turning back.

- Oh.

- I'm excited.

I wanna get there already
and just start the challenge,

and win the challenge
this time.

- I got my work cut out for me.

- You good, you good?
I'll take it.

- I'm coming.
- You guys go--go ahead.

- Very gentlemanly.
Thank you, Correy.

- Thank you.

- Now that we got rid of them--
nah.

- Seriously.

- Womp, womp, womp, womp, womp.

- So exciting.

- Hi.
How are you?

- Sweetheart, could I ask you
to pump the AC?

- Never step on those.
Big lawsuits from those.

People fall through
all the time.

- Hello?
- Hi.

- Hi.
- So I come in today

to their loft,
Nicole was wearing a crop top.

- Crop top?

- There was, like--
what was it, an inch?

I would say, like--
I might get a ruler out later--

but, like, 2 inches.
- No.

- That's the first thing I saw.
I walked--

- A crop top to an interview?
Wow.

- I walked in
and saw a crop top.

It's the first thing I saw.

Who the fuck wears a crop top
to a job interview?

Why does no one have
a fucking business suit on

or like act like they care?

Like, I used to wear suits.

- Yeah.
Three piece suits.

- Jenna wore
a Skinnygirl shirt.

- I mean, you know,
it's trying, it's trying.

- But it's sweet.

- Now if she brought only
Skinnygirl wardrobe, genius.

- Right,
she's only eating popcorn

and drinking salad dressing,
her main beverage.

- Yay.

- Let's go.
Come on.

- Exciting.

- Hey, nice to meet you.

Hi, I'm Jenna.
Nice to meet you.

I have a vision that would be,

"Skinnygirl shapewear,

skinnier comfort
for every body."

I brought multiple pieces

so you guys can see what
you feel most comfortable in.

I just wanted them to be able
to pick and have some input

and what they felt
was comfortable on their body.

- I'm Nicole,
also known as DJ Rosé.

I'm looking for
Elizabeth and Cindy.

Oh, amazing.
You guys are already together.

Oh, my God.
You guys are so cute.

How are you guys?

I'm so excited
to have both of you.

I picked both of you personally

'cause I thought
you had amazing looks.

- Where's Jules?

- Okay.
Great.

- How do you say your name?
- Garhei.

- Garhei, nice to meet you.

Jules is missing,
and it's kind of stressful

because
I've planned everything.

So I'm gonna try and put on

some shapewear myself
and sub in for her,

see if I have the guts
to take some pictures.

I don't know if I can do this

because I'm, like,
the first person

that's gonna be
taking pictures today.

Okay.

- Volume, I want volume.
It's during the day.

I want my campaign

to be simplicity,

classic, and clean,

'cause I want the consumer
to look at one thing

and one thing only,
and that's the shapewear.

- I kind of like makeup
the way that I do it.

So brows should be flared out
and look modern.

- I feel like anywhere I go,
I just hear her voice.

- I mean,
I wish I had more of an ass.

I write that on my Instagram
all the time.

I'm like, "What do you guys
think about this?

I've been doing squats."

- I'm trying to stay away
from Nicole at this point

because I can still hear her
while I'm trying

to have conversations
with other people,

and it's just driving me nuts.

I'm--I'm fuckin' stressed out.

- Great, you guys are so cute.
I'm really excited.

Okay.

- Are you there?
- I'm here.

- So what's happening now?

- I'm decorating
for Christmas.

- Oh, perfect.
- The new house, yes.

- Already?
- No one's drinking.

- Perfect, no one's dri--well,
it's about time to start.

No, so I'm just gonna
tell you what's going on.

The other day,

I fired four off the bat, okay?
- Wow.

- They were doing shots
and got wasted, et cetera.

- What person drinks
the first day of their job?

- Exactly.

- This is, like,
a work environment.

- No, they think--

- Walking into IBM
and be like,

"Hey, can I grab a shot

before learn about
how to work this computer?"

- I thought that was
a poor choice.

You know, like,
thinking we were best friends.

- Uh-oh.

Why don't you give them
a good ol' Bethenny shop?

"Hey, listen,
let's be clear here.

We're not friends."
- I did, this morning.

- Hey, Correy.

- How many minutes, Correy?
- Correy.

- Yep.
- Hey, Correy.

- Hey.
- Question for you.

- So everyone's asking me

for a bunch of stuff,
left and right.

- Correy, question for you.

Do you know if anybody else
has a plus size model?

- Mind you, I'm trying
to work on my project

and get my ideas together.

But all you're hearing is
Correy, Correy, Correy, Correy.

- Correy!
- 15 minutes, guys, 15 minutes.

- Help me--hey,
did you find duct tape, please?

Duct tape.
- No, I don't think nobody has.

- Correy, a question.
- Yeah.

- If somebody gets done before,

do we wanna just
put that person in that slot?

- Oh, yeah, yeah, we could
improvise a little bit.

I swear, if I hear my name
one more time,

I'm gonna pull my hair out.

- Correy.

- And I would love
to work for Skinnygirl.

I mean, that's why we're here.
That is Bethenny Frankel.

- When I see
the other contestants,

they're a lot younger than me.

But I think experience

has really made me
a warrior in business.

So I've been in sales
my entire life.

I've been waiting
for this opportunity.

It's the dream job for sure.

Why now is because

my daughter's
a sophomore in college.

So I'm an empty nester,
and it's time to move on.

And so I'm so grateful
for this opportunity.

And I am the oldest bitch here.

No, no.

I love the look we're doing.
So fun.

- I feel like America's
next top model right now.

- How do you feel?

- I feel comfy.
- Are you comfortable?

- Yes.
- Okay.

- One minute, one minute,
one minute, one minute.

If we gotta make changes--
- Do you like my outfit?

- Love it, love it.
- Okay.

- So you're modeling too?
- I might.

I've got curves,
and so I think it might be cool

for all three of us
to show up in a photo together.

- 2:00, guys.
2:00.

- So now I've given
five of them

two models,
a photographer, and makeup.

And I've given them
the mandate that my time

is more valuable
than anything else.

So now we're gonna see
how they can deal with,

like, pressure and changes.

So that's what's happening
right now.

We're about
to start finding out.

- Can you call me
in a little bit--I'm here.

- All right, thanks, bye.
- Bye-bye.

- 2:00, guys, 2:00.
- 2:00.

- Nothing showing.

Showing your Skinnygirl

all the time.

- How's it going?

- It's going really well.
- And they look great.

Their panties are
so comfortable, aren't they?

This is the first time
I'm getting to really interface

and interact
with these applicants

and get a sense of them.

This is the look.
These are the looks.

- This is the look.
- Okay, great.

- Yes.
- Okay.

And I'm anxious to see
what's going to happen.

Allowing these people
to jump into

the different projects
that I work on every day

either will be a cakewalk
for them or terrifying.

- Hi.
How's it going so far?

- Stressful as fuck, okay.
- Yeah.

Like, I am literally
drenching in sweat,

and my model's not here today.

- So you have one model?
- I have one model, yeah.

- All right, I'm gonna visit
everyone then I'll come back

and get everyone together.
I'ma say hello to everyone.

- Okay.

Hi.

- Like, you're ready to hit
the evening already.

Hi.
- Hi, how's it going?

- They're ready.
They're ready.

- Oh, Nicole.
Where's Nicole?

- Right here.
- Nicole?

- Yeah.
- Hi.

- Hello, how are you?

- How's it going?
- Good, how are you?

- Are you wearing Skinnygirl?

- I am wearing a Skinnygirl,

and I think
I'm gonna hop in a shot.

But I want to make sure

that they look great
in the first ones I'm doing.

We're thinking about
a third look

that is just kind of
showing everybody

of their different sizes
owning the shapewear.

Just, well, all of us together

and how we all look good
in the product.

- Nicole is a recipe
that is dialed up way too high.

- I, like, did my hair
and makeup this morning.

- Okay, got it,
so that's not a--

- So I'll just touch it up
a little bit.

- She's trying
to jump off the page.

She's taking risks
that may be the wrong ones,

but she's not...

- We're doing mostly looks
with just the two of them

'cause I want to be able
to have my eye on the prize

and see what's going on.

But we'll have options
that way.

- Okay, got it.
- I think we look good.

- All right, great.

All right, can everybody
come around here for a second?

My five directors.

So a true entrepreneur lives

and breathes their brand.

So many people say
they have a brand.

It's an overused term.

But a person
who really does understand

and live their brand really
just lives and breathes it.

So I live and breathe my brand.

I do have many,
many categories.

But I only have the categories
I have because I love them,

I know them, I understand them.

And I have--you know,

I'm always getting high
on my own supply.

I always, you know,

eat my products,
wear my products.

So I am going to be
your third model today.

I don't have time.
And I would use me wisely.

That's the bottom line.

- Holy crap.
- Oh, man, damn.

- Wow, once again,
I have another surprise.

- Being organized,
being efficient.

That's very indicative
of what this job is, though.

I'm giving each applicant
time with me,

and it shouldn't
be overthought.

Quick, efficient,

easy, organized
is what I'm looking for.

If I take up the entire time
for this photo shoot,

someone has not
done their job.

If they can get me out of here
in an hour and change,

I'll be very impressed.

So get your shit together.
- Amazing.

- Get your planning together.
Great, awesome.

- We each get our time
with you?

- Yes.

- Wonderful. Thank you.
- Okay, great.

- Do you want to be switched
or do you want to--

you're more
comfortable wearing--

- You guys are figuring
this out, this is your program.

I am just here as a model.

It's a monkey wrench.
There's always a surprise.

And I should have known better.

Ay-yi-yi.

- You're running the show
today, so--

- Well, yeah,
so everybody's starting,

I guess, whenever they say
we can start, but my look is--

- I don't care about your look.

I'm here, what do you guys
want me to do?

- Correy...
- So get in charge--

- We need to find some clothes
that we can try out

that will fit her,

so I think we need
to pull together--

- I'm gonna sit here,
and somebody get organized

and tell me
what I'm supposed to do.

- Okay, we need to find...

- You see, they're looking to--
this is what happens.

No, but this is amazing because
what happens is they're always

looking to me to tell them.
This is what--I'm like,

"I don't care how the sausage
gets made, figure it out."

- Yeah, just do it.
- Yeah, we're here.

- Like, the thing is,
I don't know if it's all

the same outfit or are we all
going for the look,

the look of our shoot.

so that's what
I'ma find out now.

- Correy was put in charge.

He was the winner
of the last project.

So he should be
running the program, yeah.

- So we just gotta--I think
I should talk to her.

But I don't know
if I should jump in.

- No, wait for her to...
- Yeah.

- So I know time is money,
and I'm ready whenever you are.

- Oh, you're the first?
- Yes.

- Well, I don't know
if I'm the first.

- Okay, well, you are now.

- Okay.

Do you have a black heel?
- I have a black heel.

- Or unless you want to stand
out and wear the white?

- I don't need to stand out.

- This is something
that I can do in my sleep,

and so when I see the other
contestants just waiting,

I was pretty shocked.

I'm seizing an opportunity
with Bethenny

that nobody else is taking.

- Could we--
who's next on up here?

- Next is Wendy.

- So I would love it
if we can mix it up.

- I think we should
just jump right in.

- Let's jump right in.
- Yeah, let's do it.

- Let's jump right in, yeah.
- 100%.

- Executive decision.

- Why would we wait?
- Let's jump right in, yeah.

- Then nobody would
have their shot.

- Yes.
- Ready?

- You're making the decisions.
- Let's go.

- Okay, what the hell's
going on here?

Like, I'm actually supposed

to go first with Bethenny,

and I feel like
after Bethenny arrived,

everything kind of
just went downhill,

time wise, order wise--
it just felt even more chaotic.

So I just wish Correy
would have done his job

a little bit better
in that sense.

- Dance, be fun,

remember to keep showing
your Skinnygirl.

And let's just go have at it.

Lots of sexy.

Get in there.

You're, like,
ready to go to a dance party.

Laughing, having fun.
So cute.

- You want us close like this?

- I want you close
for a bit, yeah.

- Oh, okay.
- Let's get closer.

- She's good, this girl.
She, like, took the initiative.

- She did.
- Like, "I'm gonna go first."

- Get together, guys.

Get together.
Here we go.

- Yeah, did she seem like
she has her shit together?

Organized?

- Yes.

Oh, Skinnygirl.

You can point to it.
- Yeah.

- Not to your vagina.
- Yeah.

- Right here.

- This is--
we should just do an arrow,

in case somebody gets lost.

- Big smiles.
Happy.

- Jenna is being efficient,
which I love.

- Hands up, hands on hips.
Everything.

- Jenna is embodying
the spirit of the brand.

- Keep working it, girls.

- Jenna just seems relaxed.

She seems like
she's in her element.

And this doesn't seem like
this would be her element,

so that's interesting.

But she's also
being professional

because she's speaking
to this customer.

I was a little bit surprised.

- I think we got it.
- We're good?

- I think we got it.
- Yay.

- Thank you so much.
- Good job.

- Best dance party ever.

- Interesting.

They should be noticing
where I am

'cause one of the parts
of the job

is always knowing where I am.

So I'm sitting here in underwear
on a couch by myself.

- Wendy, you ready?
- Yep, I'm coming.

- The bottom line is, if we had
all the time in the world

to do all these things,
it'd be a different story.

But every day for me
is, like, tackle it,

be efficient,
get it done, and get out.

And anyone who works with me
has to understand

that time is a massive element
in this job.

- Brought something for you.
- Thank you so much.

- Waters for everyone.
- Oh, thank you so much.

That's really kind of you.

- So I wanna get you
into this shapewear.

- Okay.
- Which is what I'm wearing.

I'm excited to include Bethenny

in my photo shoot--
a little nervous.

I honestly thought
that I was gonna have to go

in front of the camera
and substitute.

But Bethenny
ended up showing up

and she's essentially
my second model.

So there's no need for me
to go in anymore.

What I'm trying to do here
is to really show

that Bethenny's line
is for all types of bodies,

for the everyday woman.

When you're ready, honey,
can you jump in?

I cannot mess it up,
and I'm sweating my balls off.

- Beautiful right there.
A little bit--beautiful.

- That last one
was really good.

- Perfect.
- Power pose, like--

- Standing up?
- Yes.

Yes.

- You look gorgeous.
- Thank you.

- Stunning.

- Can we do a quick action one,
like walking?

- Absolutely.
- One, two, three, go.

- Beautiful.
Got it.

- Correy.

- Yep.
- Yeah.

I think we're behind schedule.

- No, we're good.
No, we're good, we're good.

- Okay, thank you.

I really hope that Correy's
keeping his eye on the time

because if the time
isn't properly managed,

kind of presents
a bit of a problem.

- I think we're good.
I think we got it.

- Wrap it up.
- Thank you.

- So this is the next one.
This is Milokssy.

- Hello.
- Okay, great.

- I'll give you your privacy.
- It's okay.

There's never gonna be privacy
if you get this job...

So everybody's seen me naked.

Okay.

She's got--this one's got
her shit together too.

She's got a real
photo shoot going.

Look how pretty she got--
this looks good.

- She's got a set up here.

- I am currently
a chief of staff

at a major magazine
publishing firm.

- Oh, yes.
Can I get one smile out of you?

There you go.

I'm always calm.
I know what to do next.

I don't freak out
when there's a situation,

and there's always a situation.

I want sensual.

There you go.
Powerful.

Bethenny, can you move more
towards your--there you go.

You're feeling sexy.

- Beautiful.
- There you go.

Beautiful, look at the camera.
Amazing.

- So has she been nice
to work with?

- Really?
Great, okay.

- Beautiful.
Yes.

- Milokssy just
had it together.

But we'll see.

Pictures don't lie.
Thank you.

- Pictures are worth
1,000 words.

And in my case, 10,000.

- Sorry to jump in.
But since you're done with her,

you want to just change for
Nicole right now so we don't--

- I'm not making any decisions.
- Let me get Nicole for you.

Bethenny's done filming, so--

- She's ready to hit the shot?
- She's done filming,

so you could just
change her now

so we get you
a full half an hour.

- Gotcha, thank you so much.
- No problem.

- Okay, thank you.
- All right.

- I think we need
extra hair spray.

Do you mind if I do it?

Thank you, though.

Oh, I can see it
taking shape again.

- I'm half nude,
my ass is hanging out,

standing in the middle of a--
so let's go sit on the couch.

The couch needs to be a passive
aggressive move that I like.

- Nicole is getting ready
for you now.

- Oh, she's getting
ready for me?

- Yes.
- Oh, okay, good, we'll wait.

Okay, I mean, it feels like--
like Anna Wintour

is waiting for me
to come get her fucking coat.

- Exactly.
- Okay, Correy.

I'm standing right here.
I ain't walking over to Nicole.

- Don't mess around.
- Nicole can walk up to me.

- Who else is here
besides Nicole?

- Right here.

If you want a break,
you can take a break.

Do you want to get--
- Do I want a break?

I don't take breaks.
There are no breaks.

- All right, well,
would you like to change now?

I have this ready for you.
- It's your rodeo, right?

- Okay, we'll get you changed

just so you're ready
to go in there.

I don't know if you'll
be in the first shot

'cause I have a look planned
with their outerwear on.

And then I will put you in
right after that.

- Okay.
- Old chopped liver.

- Okay, okay.
- Old chopped liver, eh?

- Okay, perfect.
Thank you.

That was hysterical.

- Are you dead?
Are you alive?

Thank you.
Are you alive?

Wait, hold on, just hold on.

- Literally, the fact
that she's like,

"We're gonna shoot her first.
You go in there--"

- "I have another look
before you, we'll get you."

- "We'll get you
when you're ready."

- That's like when I used to be
at Sundance and I was nobody

and I was
on the red carpet line,

they'd be like, "Oh, well,
we have Anne Hathaway,

and five other people
that have to go before you."

And you wait there for you
to get your picture taken.

Okay?
- We were hired for this, right?

- Is this crazy?
- Do you want to just wait here

with your knickers and your--

- Wait a second.
Wait.

She just threw some fucking
shapewear at me.

What's happening?

Every other person
has taken the time

and the energy
to get me dressed.

There's something else
Nicole's doing

that is much more important
than me

coming and modeling
in her Skinnygirl photo shoot.

I'm absolutely insulted.

I mean, talk about
losing the plot.

Jenna, Jenna.
Come here.

Tell me what Nicole's doing.

Go over to Nicole.
Just be chill, be chill.

- Okay.
- Be unde--you know--

- Where is she?
- How the fuck do I know?

Go find out what Nicole
is doing right now.

- Okay.

- I just, like, wasn't assuming
that she would be ready.

- Hello.
- Hi, how are you?

- Good, how's it going?
- Good.

- She's just chatting
with the models?

- She's just chatting
with them.

- What is happening here?

If there's drama going on,
thank God I missed it.

- I just like this.
I mean, I really do.

I don't know if this
is good lighting, bad lighting.

I can't tell.

Like, I think
this is a good picture.

It reminds me of something.
I don't know where.

- I like your reflection
in the mirror actually.

- Yeah, it's a great,
like, trashy.

You know what I mean?
- You know what?

Yeah, mind--
come around this way.

And then take a shot
like in the mirror.

See what I mean?
- You want to put up the shot?

- I feel like I do, actually.

That's good.
Look at the mirror, Bethenny.

Reflections.

And in the background,
we'll play Christina Aguilera,

"Reflections."

- Hey, Bethenny.
- Yeah?

- Three-minute warning.
Can you put on the tan--

do you need
to finish this first?

I can have them take
a different shot first.

- I'm sorry.
What do you want me to do?

- Put on the tan dress
and the bustier like this.

- Okay.
- But also, I want to take

your input into consideration.

If you don't like the look
like this, then I want you

to wear the look
that you're most confident in.

- What--you're directing.
- I like the waist trainer.

I think it's very on trend.
I would buy this.

- All right, great.
- Ready?

- She's not gonna be ready
'cause she hasn't changed yet.

All right, girls.
Let's hop in there.

- Felt like she's a little
nervous around you, this one.

- Who isn't? Are you not?
- I'm not nervous.

No, I feel like
you could scream

or throw a brick at me,
and I'd still be like,

"Hey, do you want
red lip or nude?"

- Yes.
I like that so much, Cindy.

Yes.

This is shapewear
for every body type.

I love these.
These are so cute.

Oh, my God.
You guys are amazing.

- Let's go back
to my passive-aggressive couch.

And we're back waiting again.

Back on the waiting network...

- Girls' night in.

Why would you have
girls' night out

when you can sit in

and look fucking fabulous
in your house?

- Wow.
I love it.

- Are you shocked
that there are models working

and I'm sitting here
on my ass waiting?

Are we stunned?
- I am.

- Yes, I like that.

- In five minutes,
I'm calling in.

- Have fun, you're tasting it.
You're enjoying it.

Get a little closer, ladies.

So we might do more of this.

Elizabeth, you look at Cindy.
Cindy, you look straight at me.

- I don't know if they've got
time for you today.

- I said my time is valuable.

- Oh, my God, I love this.

- She's having
a great time though.

- Popcorn?

- Yeah, popcorn's on
before you.

- Popcorn is a very busy--

you need to manage
popcorn's time.

You literally need
to manage popcorn's time.

You put popcorn
on a certain time,

and there is a deadline,
and it's fucking popcorn.

What time is it?

- Popcorn time.

Peace.

- Nope.
Nope.

Remember I said to them
this morning,

I said you gotta look
at the whole board

but be aware of the pieces?

This is the board.
She's in the pieces.

She's in the popcorn.
She's in the pieces.

I don't like the way
you're using the time.

Do you know what I mean?
- To be honest, though--

- Yeah, you want it
to be efficient.

- Hey.
- Hi, will you be ready soon?

I just wanna know
if I should have them changed.

- Oh, no, I'm gonna--

I'm gonna just
do the next shoot.

And I wasn't really
given any direction

with how to wear anything.

Or I just was
putting it on myself.

Other people got me dressed

and came in to make sure
how it was gonna go.

- I assumed that she's able
to get dressed by herself.

Shame on me.

I would really love for you
to be in the shoot.

Is there any way
I can change your mind?

I'm sorry.
- I told you this morning

that my time was valuable.

It's been about 35 minutes
since you had me.

I was ready to go.
And it's been--

- Okay, I checked in twice.

I didn't know that...
- No, no, no, no.

It's not checking in--okay.

35 minutes ago, I was done
with the other shoot.

I'm gonna give you
a piece of advice.

I said this morning,
look at the whole board,

not just the pieces.

I've been on shoots
literally for the cover

of "People" magazine,
the cover of "Forbes" magazine.

They don't make me wait,
so you're making me wait.

- No, I wanted to make sure
that you felt confident.

- So I--let me talk.
I'm going to speak now.

I was done.
You saw I was done.

Correy saw I was done.
That's a separate matter.

And you said, "I'm gonna do that
first and then you're up."

- Okay.
- That doesn't work for me.

- You're correct, I'm sorry.
- Right, but then--

no, but you know that--
you know that I'm here

and you're doing
a full photo shoot with popcorn,

which is great
'cause my popcorn is important.

But this is a shapewear shoot.
- I was just waiting for you.

I came back--
Bethenny, I'd really love

if you would come in one shoot.

- We're good.
- Can I please get you

dressed for one shoot?
- No, no.

I'm good.
- Okay.

I don't even know what to say.

I didn't know she wanted me
to zip the zipper on her bust.

But, you know, I'd be happy
to do that moving forward.

She just became totally unzipped
when I didn't zip her.

- This is how it really is.
This is real.

We're doing real, okay?
We're not doing--

this is not to show friends.
We're doing real.

- Okay.
Let's make this look fun.

- Go out and see how
she's handling the shoot now.

- Would you--
- No, now go see if she--

if she is composed or crying.
Is the show going on?

- I'll tell you.
- Oh, yes. I love that.

Give me more of exactly
what you're doing.

You're having so much fun.

This is girls' night in.

You stripped down because
you're just so comfortable

in this amazing shapewear.

- She's just carried on
like you don't exist.

- Good, good, good.

- But she's got lots
of product out there.

And she's just keeping
the show going.

- That's the job, good.
Okay, that's good.

- Is Bethenny
still shooting with you?

- She doesn't want to.
- Yeah?

- She declined.
- For yours or just--

- Yeah.
- Really?

- Just mine.
She's skipping my photo shoot.

- Wow.

- She was very rude
about it too.

That's all I'm gonna say,
'cause it's not worth it.

It's not my company.
I just want her to be happy.

So if she doesn't want to be
in it, I will respect that.

I've got beautiful models.
They're doing a fantastic job.

- Okay.

- Oh, my God, that was so cute
when you put it on, Elizabeth.

That's so cute.
Oh, my God.

I'm loving all of this.

- Nicole seemed like
she was literally directing,

like, the "Titanic"
or something.

She's definitely
putting on a show.

- When the last person
was done, which was Milokssy.

- Yes.

- It's my opinion
that you should be aware

of the fact
that I wasn't shooting

and be checking on--that's
the way the run of show goes.

- No, I just asked her like,
"What's going on

with Bethenny?"
- You did?

- Yeah, I just asked her.
- Okay, all right, so--

- That's why I came back here.
- All right.

Well, I appreciate that.
Okay, good. Good.

'Cause I was about
to, like, bolt.

But I'm gonna now be with you.

- Okay, okay.

So you're gonna to do me next?
Yeah.

My shoot is, like,

you're at home,
you're relaxing,

but you're still sexy
while you're home relaxing.

So we're just gonna do a shoot
on a couch, it's a girl night.

- So what--this is the outfit?
- This is the outfit.

- With what?

Do you want black shoes,
nude shoes?

- No shoes--remember,
we're home, in the living room.

We're chilling.
- I remember, okay, got it.

I remember, okay.
- All right, cool.

- Seems like he's kind of--

- He came in,
he did check on it.

- He's, like, confident.
- In fairness,

there's an intimidation factor.

And he thinks
I'm in here in a bra.

So you know what I'm saying?

- Well, it's a guy thing,

and he probably
doesn't want to--

"Do I come in?
Like, is it the right thing?"

- Yeah, in fairness.
And he thinks that I'm like me,

and I'm probably
doing important things

instead of jamming chips
down my fucking--up my ass.

- Ten minutes more.
- 100%.

Thank you, sweetie.
- All right, cool.

- That looks amazing.
You guys are crushing this.

Make sure it doesn't cover
your beautiful face,

your bodies and your faces.

- Nicole, I think it's great
that you just recovered

and are, like, committing
and you didn't, like,

have, you know, a meltdown.
- Thank you.

I appreciate that very much.
- Okay?

- Okay.
- I just walked down here,

"I want you to know
I appreciate that,

like, you recovered,"
whatever you're doing.

She goes, "Thank you.
I appreciate that very much."

Okay, I'm scared.
I was nervous.

I was like, "Are we okay?
Are we okay?"

Are we seeing other people?
I miss us.

Back to
the passive-aggressive couch.

- These are looking amazing.

- Korey, Korey.

Look, look, look.

- You get girl time.

Who's excited for girl time?

- All right.
Think we got it, Nicole.

- All right, we got it.
He says we got it.

We're two minutes early,
then we're good, right?

He's the pro.

I don't know if anybody

was photo directing
like this girl.

- She is gonna steal the company
from under my--

like, from under me
within the week.

This brand will be SkinnyNicole
by Tuesday.

Now we're doing a pajama party.
All right, I'm here.

- Good.
- Hey.

- I really have no clue

what happened with Bethenny.

She was very, very, very angry.

She's--I actually have
a tally in my journal,

if you can believe that--
she's yelled at me four times.

So a little confused,

but I am definitely
not the favorite here.

- Do you think,
because she rallied,

I give her five minutes more?

- You do?

- Fair, okay.

I don't know
what the hell to do.

I'm standing there
looking at Nicole,

and I feel badly.

So maybe I should give her
a second chance.

- Has anybody else
ever been anywhere

where you just walked in
and you knew somebody hated you?

- Yes.

- You know what?

I'm not done.

- Oh, Lord.

She just said, "I'm not done."

- I'm not done, actually,
because she is doing her best

to create artificial drama
where there's no drama.

There really isn't anything
to be angry about.

I don't do drama.

And I'm just
being yelled at aimlessly.

So if that's how
she does business,

maybe this isn't a fit for me.
- What did she just say?

- Sounded like, "If this is
the way she runs her business,"

something--I was like, "Ooh."

- Really?

- I'm having a great
fuckin' day, okay?

- Bring it down.
- I know.

I don't even know
how to do that.

- I just don't think Nicole

knows how to contain
her emotions.

- Let me just move this couch
and bring the rack in.

- How much time do we have left
for the shoot?

- 12 minutes for mine.

- I like women working together

to support other women
to lift them up in the world.

And if that's not
what she's about,

then I think
I came to the wrong place.

So we'll see.
Like, I don't do drama.

Like, if I have a problem
with somebody,

I don't deal with them, right?

- When Bethenny's around,
fall back.

I honestly want you
to step back.

- I have really thick skin.

It's just I don't like
being singled out of a group.

I've been singled out
four times.

I've been tracking it
in my journal.

- Is this going to always
be her behavior?

Is she always
gonna do this on set

or wherever it is--
a meeting?

Don't do that.
Check your emotions at the door.

You need to be professional.

- I'm here working my butt off.

You know, I've given up
a lot to be here.

When I didn't--I didn't,
like, kill her firstborn.

- I can't believe--
this never happened before.

I'm absolutely insulted.

I'm absolutely stunned.
I'm insulted.

What the fuck is going on?

- What the fuck
is going on right now?

You know what I mean?
I'm not here for drama.

I'm here 'cause
I genuinely wanted to work

for someone who I respect.

But I also don't wanna
be treated like shit.

- Oh, no, she didn't.

I'm snapping my fingers
in a Z motherfuckin' formation.

- You know what I mean?

I, like, would get it
if I did something wrong.

- And then she's pretending
that she doesn't know

how she's talking so loud.

Like, she wants
everyone to know

how important everything
she's doing is

'cause if she talks so loud,

it means she's really
doing things.

- This is gonna not work out.

She's gonna have to leave.
- Yes, you think?

- I heard her say,
"I gave up a lot to be here."

She might need to be
in a time-out.

Is that a new rule?

Are you fucking crazy
right now?

I mean, I literally cannot
even believe this.

Nicole "Crop Top Coachella,"

what job are you here for?

Tone-deaf Central?

She's gotta go.
This is real life.

This is not a game.
This is real life.

This can't happen.
She's gotta go.
