in a medical drama.

[Aiden] Oh, my God.

This is my first time to be put
in a top of a challenge

and I'm feeling good about myself



and good about my performance
and good about the fact

that I have given the judges
what they have asked for.

To finally be here, I in this moment
couldn't ask for anything more.

[Jackie] I'm definitely happy
I've made it to the top so far

in the two challenges that I feel like
highlight my strengths,

which are the improv
and the acting challenge.

But am I gonna win
one of these challenges?

I'm the Susan Lucci of season 12!

Where is my Daytime Emmy?

about the fact that

-we all are the tops this week?

[Sherry] I have an idea for a game.

I think if we're gonna spill tea,

-[Sherry and Aiden] Shade button?

-[queen screams]

and I think every time
we feel the shade...

All I have to say is...

being able to be
in the top half of the group this week

is just amazing.

[Jackie] I'm not gonna lie,
this may be shady...

[intense music playing]

Not because I thought
your performance was bad...

but I am a little surprised
to see you here.

Only because we had to memorize
a bunch of lines

and the other two who dropped lines,
who are Jaida and Nicky...

they're in the bottom,
and you're not, so...

-[dramatic sound]

When I did ask for my lines,
I only asked once,

and then I moved on.
I didn't continue to stumble,

took my deep breath, and I did it.

[sips]

I really, really hope
that I did not steamroll Nicky again.

-[Jan] She chose that role.
-She didn't necessarily...

-Oh, no. Here it is!

[queens scream and shout]

This is not shade. I mean, you can hit
that button as many times as you want,

for fun, but...

-[queens laugh]

[dramatic sound]

When we were choosing roles,
I convinced her to be that role.

[Nicky] I think the baby is really iconic,
but...

it doesn't have a lot of... um, lines.

Yeah. Wouldn't it be cool if you were able
to get the baby

with a small amount of lines
and, like, kill it as the baby?

All right, let's go with that.

The judges wanted to see...

her personality, and they wanted
to see her, quote, "weird."

The effort was there.

But I think that she is missing the point.

-She is.
-Because just by painting your face...

in a silly way, doesn't show
that you're silly.

-Yeah.
-You know what I mean?

It doesn't show your walls are down,
and I think that's what she keeps missing.

Honestly, I'm kinda surprised
that Brita is up there.

-[queens overlap]
-'Cause I thought she was very funny.

It's hard because, I think,
we're a really strong season

-in terms of acting.
-This is a fabulous season.

And it was kind of one of those things
where you have to really...

step up.

[intense music playing]

[RuPaul] All right, ladies.

I think we've heard enough.

Now while you untuck backstage,

the judges and I will deliberate.

[sighs]

-[Jan] Hi, ladies.
-Back again.

[indistinct chatter]

Cocktail!

[Jackie] How are we feeling?

[sighs]

They said that everybody's
performance was good

and that it came down
to, like, little details,

they said basically, like,
trying to fine tooth comb it in

and see, like, what issues
they could find.

But then the gag was
that they asked us

who should leave tonight.

[Widow] Oh!

-[intense music playing]
-[Jackie] Oh!

Are you guys comfortable saying
who you said?

Yeah, I said Heidi...

and then everybody else chose Nicky.

-Well, I said myself, too.
-Yeah, Nicki did say herself.

[Nicky] I said, based on the acting,

and the fact that I'm competing
with American people...

I think that I delivered
the least because...

obviously, like, I'm not
gonna be at the same level.

If we would've done this in French,
it would be a whole other story.

I knew when it came down to the outfit,
it was going to be me.

I expected... all the other girls
to say me at the end of the day.

It is what it is.

[Sherry] Brita.

You look twisted right now.

I was just shook
that I'm in the bottom again.

When I-- I'm serving you looks,

every single time.

Compared to other people...

and it sucks being up there,
with your sisters,

who you have to say who's gonna go home,
when you think that someone else...

in this room who was safe,
should be going home instead.

[dramatic music playing]

I'm shook about it.

should go home?

[Brita] Aiden.

Initially when I came in this competition,

I said that I was not going to compare
myself to anybody,

because I am only in a competition
with myself, but that ain't true, sis.

Because this is a competition.

And I'm working so hard and I'm--
I'm really giving everything that I have

to do this, and I don't think
that Aiden should've been safe.

Also, we did "Three Girls,
One Brain", sis,

and I felt like Sherry and I
were carrying you.

[sips]

We did this last challenge,
I felt like again,

I was carrying you, like,
did you give me an over the top?

Well, bitch, at the end of the day...

I'm sitting here safe.

Do you think that you should be safe?

Like we had discussed
before you girls got here,

going into this challenge,
I did have to ask for my line,

but once I was given my lines,
I moved the fuck on,

-I took a deep breath.
-[Nicky] Wait, wait, wait.

-[Widow] Girl.
-[Jaida] Child.

What it sound like
you're saying is,

like, they gave me my lines,
and I still kept fucking up.

They said, at the end of the day,

I had fucked up my lines,
they could tell I got in my head,

but when I got out of that space,
I delivered.

To be honest, looking at you performing
and looking at Jaida performing,

she should be safe,
and you should be in the bottom.

Because from day fucking one
of this competition,

I have had pretty much everybody
in this goddamn place coming for me.

to be dragged by my own teammates...

Well, I just got completely interrupted--

...I have been taking it
from all directions.

Everybody in this competition has been
taking it from all different directions,

I was comfortable with,
but I still did what the hell I had to do.

[Heidi] Uh, I have to focus
on what I'm doing, I don't have time.

[Heidi] The girls are just being so petty,

The constant verbal assault on Aiden
is starting to really piss me off,

and these girls just keep going,
and going, and going, and it...

it's frustrating,
'cause I'm over here, like,

I know I'm 'bout to have to
lip sync for my life,

and y'all are just like, [whiny voice]

for personality,

and they wanted to see who you were.

And you showed something different,

and you showed something
that they were looking for.

[Aiden] I am the one person
in this competition

who has been called out
or pointed at multiple fucking times.

being that one person
who is constantly being pointed at,

or whatever, gets fucking tiring.

It's not that I care if these other girls
have an opinion about me,

have your opinions, give your critiques.

But in a moment where I have been

put in the top of a challenge,

I don't need these other bitches
trying to tear me down,

because they're feeling poorly
about themselves

or not knowing what they need to do

to rise to the occasion.

When we were called forward,
and you guys weren't,

I had no idea what to think
and who was going to be safe

and who wasn't.

This is one of my favorite looks
that you've ever worn.

-And did you get critiqued on this look?

Michelle said she didn't like this,

it looks like I'm going to the club,

I was like, "Okay, sis, what girl's going
to the club in this?"

I can't change what I brought
or who I am,

I think I look great.

I don't understand it.

You have to consider that like,
I was in almost every scene,

I thought I was playing the game,
but I guess not.

But I'm not going
to be in the bottom again.

So, when Aiden ends up in the bottom,

I hope that she's going up against
one of the other girls

that has the fire behind
their eyes, like I do.

So that they can send her home.

This is not a solo competition
until you're at the very, very end.

You haven't, like, come up
to any of us to kiki with us,

so we're not gonna, I guess,
have your back in this scenario.

I had just started getting some traction
in this competition,

I got shot back down.

I did not come here just to go home.

to be on that stage
and finally realizing this dream,

and being stuck for something
that you can't really control.

I have a language barrier.

And I can feel like a prisoner
in my own...

drag persona.

And my inside just wants to, like, scream,
and showcase who I am, but...

it was not easy...

It's sad. And it's really frustrating.

[whispers] Oh, my God.
