Rescue Special Ops (2009–2011): Season 1, Episode 12 - Episode #1.12 - full transcript

Michelle gives Lara the job as Team Leader but it starts to go horribly wrong after a jealous wife sends rescue to find her husband in the Mount Kingston National Park on the pretense that he is lost and in need of insulin. After the team discover the husband perfectly safe they then have to deal with the wife exacting the real truth and causing an accident on a dam and endangering Lara after she is caught under the woman's car. But during the rescue Lara realises her feelings for Dean have turns to love just as she is about to marry Hamish. Meanwhile, Vince and Michelle are terrorised by an intruder at Rescue HQ and Heidi is jealous when Jordan flirts with a sexy bush-walker named Bronte.

- Glen!

Glen, where are you?

Aah!

You bloody bastard!

- See you later Vince.

- See you next Tuesday.

- Yeah, ha!

- Hey blood nut.

- What?

- Glad you could come in.

This training camp's
left me short on people.

- Oh, that's okay, I need the money.

Hey, I got this text
from Jordan about Lara.

Is he winding me up?

- No, it's confirmed.

- Really?

- Okay, from now on
you'll need one of these

to access the station house.

- Ah, just what we need in an emergency.

- Hey, This nutter's already spied on us.

- Internet protocol camera,

this baby's been streaming
live footage 24/7.

- Almost drowned Chase

could have killed Hamish's
beautiful bride-to-be

by tempering with your breaks.

- We're gonna crash!

- Brace, brace, brace, brace!

- Chucked a rock at Jordan and Heidi.

- Jordan!

- You want him to put a bomb in here?

- So insert the key, tap in the password,

which we will change every week.

- Rescue Special Operations.

- Babe, you're getting
married tomorrow week.

- Ah yes, it's just a
registry office, low-key.

- Well what about a dress?

Have you got one yet?

- Right, thanks Heidi.

- What's the password?

- You cannot reveal this to anybody.

- Da Vinci.

- How did you know that?

(laughing)

- Come on, you've been carrying
around that book for a year

and all of a sudden we need a code?

I mean what else is it gonna be?

- You know, I can do your
makeup trust me, I'm awesome.

- Diabetic bush walker could be lost

in Mount Kingston National Park.

Given the potential medical situation,

SES has requested us to go in first.

- Okay, grab your insulin kits

and Lara you have been banging on

about a chance to be team leader,

it is yours.

- Thank you.

- Now last night there was
a lot of rain and lightning,

be careful.

SES have got their hands full
but will attend as soon as.

- Let's go.

- Alright, take it easy.

- Se ya.

- Are you okay with it?

- One of us had to get married.

- I meant about being team leader.

- Sure, consider it a wedding present.

("Get a Little Dirty"
by The Ironweed Project)

- And if you could ask anyone leaving

if they may have seen them.
- Yup.

- That would be awesome.
- Yup, no worries.

- Thank you.

- Oh right so did your husband tell you

where he was going or?

Morning Miss Collins.

I'm Laura Knight, Rescue Team leader.

Thank you Dean, I can take it from here.

- Absolutely, team leader.

- Um, Glend's been coming here Saturdays

for the last month or so.

He gets here at the crack of dawn,

he walks and he leaves at sunset.

He always rings when he's leaving

but yesterday there was no call.

- Was he prepared for a night in the bush?

- And he's diabetic

and I don't know how much
medication he took with him.

- Have you got a photo of him?

Okay guys.

- It was such a terrible night.

He must be hurt or he would have called.

- Boss, early notice need
to be out of here by 6.

- Twilight trots?

- Roberto's, with the wife.

- With the wife?

Which wife?

- Ah the one I'm still married
to but not living with.

- Vanessa, so this is promising?

- Baby steps.

- Well no, Roberto's could
turn that into a gallop.

You took me there, remember?

Once.

Good luck.

- Ka-ching.

- Lara Knight, team leader.

It's got a good ring to it, doesn't it.

- It does, doesn't it?

- I'm not sure about Lara McIntyre though.

What does that make you?

Mrs. Mac?

- Paths will be treacherous for vehicles

so we'll go in by foot.

- Alright, a lot of
lightening strikes last night.

Guy could've been unlucky, you know?

Sheltering, tree gets hit.

- Yup, fate is weird.

- Jake, what are the firies doing here?

- Civvies mate.

Day off.

Just taking a hike up Mount Kingston.

Yeah, quite spectacular views

when they release the water from the dam.

- You nature walking now, are you?

Ah, well that makes a lot more sense.

You think you'll take her out there

and all the beauty will distract
her from your ugly head?

- Romantic foreplay,

something you moops wouldn't
have any idea about, really.

- Yeah, right.

- You're about as romantic as a front bar

on grand-final night.

- What a coincidence.

Are you guys working?

- Uh yeah, we got a
missing bushranger walker.

- You two know one another?

- Kind of, old friends.

You guys obviously do.

- Yeah.

- Jake and I met at the
pub on Friday night.

- Yeah, top weekend.

- Jake said he would take
me on a picnic with a view.

- Sounds nice.

- Good luck, hope you find
who you're looking for.

- Yeah, she's a beautiful girl.

Makes a great breakfast too.

- Because Lara, just 'cause its a registry

you still want your hair and nails done.

You don't wanna look like a dog.

Lara?

- Don't.

- I didn't.

- Good, 'cause I've got
nothing to say about it.

- Alpha will head along the fire trail

to section four, okay?

Delta will come from
the opposite direction

through section seven.

- Okay, great.

- Be safe guys.

- Yup.

- There's a lot of caves
and fissures around here.

At night if you lose the track

it's pretty easy to fall in.

I've pulled, I don't know,

three people out of holes
in the ground in this area.

- Well hopefully if he's smart

he's sheltered in one of the caverns.

- Yeah.

Unless he's injured he
should have called by now.

- I mean Jake, really?

That guys an idiot.

- You're the idiot who
didn't close the deal.

I always said Nicole's the one.

- We're doing the caverns

and the main hot spots up to the lake.

I've got the SES working
the north-west corner

in case he tries to cut back
to the highway that way.

- But you haven't found him yet?

- Nope, just keeping you posted Base.

- Right, well when something happens

- I'll let you know ASAP.

Rescue Team leader out.

Hey are you okay?

Do you want a cup of coffee?

Here you go.

- Are you married?

- About to be.

- Congratulations.

We fight, a lot.

To be honest, that's as much
why Glen comes here, I think.

But I still love him.

- I'm sure we'll find him.

You've got nothing to worry about.

- Yeah.

- Jake must have known about Nicole.

- Its got to be some sort of a set-up.

- Or you know, she's
just a good looking girl

so he's into her.

- Whose side are you on?

- What?

- Did I give you a hard time
when what-her-face dumped you?

- What, Ginny?

- Who's Ginny?

No the other one, the brunette.

- Oh Jen.

- Jen? Who's Jen?

No, no the cute one, uh Sasha.

- She's blonde and yeah, actually you did.

By the way she didn't
dump me, we both just.

- Yeah, yeah, I get it, I get it, yeah.

Keeping your options open.

- You know what, screw it.

- What are you doing?

No you can't, look that's
the number one rule,

your number one rule,
never seem desperate.

- Shut up.

Shut up.

- Your funeral.

- Sorry.

What?

You wanted me out of your life,

I'm getting out of your life.

- Nicole, I never said out of my life.

- Oh, just out of your flat.

- You can't be serious
about Jake, come on.

- [Lara] Rescue Team leader to alpha.

- Go ahead Lara.

- I know Jake, Nicole and I'm telling ya,

he's not your sort of guy.

- [Nicole] And I should
trust your judgment?

- Oh, come on.

- Is he calling Nicole?

- Uh, not anymore.

- Put him on please.

- Yeah, I got ya.

- Did you just break your number one rule?

- We're uh, about halfway to section four

and no, this is not
affecting my work, over.

- Yeah, hang on a sec Lara,

we've got a tent up here,

we're gonna go and investigate.

- Dean, stay focused.

It's important, alright?

- Yeah, copy that team leader.

- Hello?

Anyone here?

- His wife said he wasn't
prepared for a night out.

Well we've got two bags.

Whoever it is, maybe they've seen him.

Glen Collins?

- [Lara] Confirm, hiker
found alive and well.

Head back to the command post.

- Copy that Lara.

- Uh Lara I just want to say

that if you do want a hens
night then I'll organize it.

You won't have to lift a finger.

- [Lara] We'll let you know Heidi.

- Nice and simple.

- Yeah.

Except the thing is, we're
probably safer out here

'cause of that creep trying
to spy on us and hurt us.

- You mean my wife reported me missing?

- Yup.

- Well, I left a message,
she must have missed it.

- Um, you're a diabetic?

- Yeah but you know, tablets,
they keep it under control.

- Your wife made it sound more urgent.

- Well, she panics.

- Uh, we couldn't help but notice

there are two sleeping bags.

- Yeah, uh, some young hiker
guy caught in the storm.

Look, I'm really sorry
for the misunderstanding

and inconvenience but
there's no need to worry.

As you can see, I'm fine.

- How do we know that there
wasn't another hidden camera?

- They checked.

- Uh yeah, Vince and Michelle
check and some nerd from IT.

It's not like the CIA did a sweep.

I reckon there could be
other that they missed.

- I doubt it.

Then again, head office could
have planted some cameras

to spy on us.

- This is delta to Rescue Base.

Vince are you there?

- G'day, Heidi.

You guys have got it easy, haven't you?

- Yeah, um, listen,

I've been taking a few
drinks from the dispenser

but only 'cause I didn't have any change

and with the cameras and all,

it might be misconstrued

but I am gonna pay.

- Yeah, well, you attend
to that as soon as.

- Yeah.

What? It's not stealing.

The machines defective.

- Starts with a can of Coke.

- So he's physically okay?

- Yeah no injuries whatsoever

but if you ask me, it's
all a little bit odd.

He says he wants to spend
another night out here

and he doesn't need to see his wife.

- Can I speak to the rescuers?

- Dean can we speak to Mr Collins?

- No, not him, them.

- Mrs Collins, your husbands doing fine.

- Yeah, I bet he is.

Who's he with?

It's that slut from his work, right?

You saw him, you're my witness.

Answer me.

Who is he with?

- Mrs Collins, there's nothing
like that going on out here.

- What's going on here?

- Exactly what I've been
asking for the last month.

Strange phone calls that
just click off when I pick up

and him out camping for the weekend?

It's the girl from his office.

I've smelt her perfume.

- What are you thinking team leader?

Are we being played here or what?

- Seems like it.

Excuse me are you telling
me you got us out here

to prove your husband has been unfaithful?

- How else was I supposed to find him?

- Naomi, she just doesn't
think things through.

She's incredibly jealous
and a little paranoid

but you know, she's not malicious.

- Okay well, how about
you just come with us

and we'll go explain the
whole situation to her?

- I'd rather just, you
know, hike out by myself,

if that's alright?

- Got the water.

Don't smell the bacon yet.

This is the hiker I was telling you about.

- Tony.

- Tony.

Sorry Tony.

We only met last night.

- Right, well the police
may want to talk to you

about all this a little bit later,

so in the meantime just be careful.

The conditions can be a little tricky.

Chase?

- Yeah.

What do you reckons going on there?

A bit of 'Brokeback Mountain'?

- It's not our business, Chase.

As you can see, he's not in any danger.

- But I'm just worried about the wife.

I mean, she's probably gonna get charged,

everyone's gonna think she's crazy

and he is cheating,
doesn't matter who with.

- You're jumping to conclusions.

And besides, if you are right,

its not our place to tell her.

- Wish I could quit you.

- A complete wild goose chase, Base.

- Okay make the report, we'll
file it with the police.

- Righto, out.

- Do you realize the amount of resources

that go into something
like this for nothing?

Whether you're charged is not up to me

but I will be filing a report.

And I want to see that report.

He's with her, I know it.

- Do you understand what's going on here?

- The ones who found
him, they're men right?

- It has nothing to do with anything.

- They look after one another.

- Rescue team leader, this is alpha.

- Go ahead alpha.

- Were on our way back.

The husband wouldn't cooperate,

he's got no intention of returning.

- Mrs Collins? Mrs Collins! Mrs Collins!

Mrs Collins stop!

Stop!

Mrs Collins!

Crap.

Dean, she's probably headed
back to her husbands location.

She's convinced he's with some bimbo.

- More like a himbo.

- What? As in the possible love interest.

- She's taken my map.

What? No snappy Dean Gallagher comment?

- Hey, just because you
had a crazy woman tear off

into the bush.

- Thanks for the support.

- Hey.

- Track wasn't wet enough for you?

- Well.

- I understand.

- Jordan Zwitkowski.

I'm with Rescue.

- Bronte.

- Who are you rescuing?

- Uh, hiker. Diabetic.

- A diabetic?

And he's injured?

- No, no.

He's okay.

It was a cry wolf,

his wife called in so we'd
bust him with his girlfriend.

- You're joking.

- You wouldn't believe this job sometimes.

- Thought you said you
were going for a pit stop,

not a 24-hour romance.

- Uh Heidi, Bronte.

Bronte, Heidi.

Partner.

- Hi.

- Uh we're going to go back
to the car park because,

you know, we've got stuff to do

and it's pretty dangerous
here so you be careful, okay?

- I might come with you, if that's okay.

I've had enough for one day.

- Smart thinking.

- Great, let's go.

- I know as team leader I
should've secured the map

but she just jumped in the car

and drove straight off.

Right through the chain to the park.

- Okay Lara.

You did well.

Keep me posted, alright.

Like a cemetery around here.

- Any news?

- Lara's in pursuit of the woman

but she hasn't eyeballed her yet.

- People are mental.

And how is our team leader coping?

Well, I guess Lara has to
learn if she's in the kitchen,

she gotta take the heat.

- Speaking of kitchens and all that,

presuming dinner goes well,

you think I should ask
Vanessa back for coffee

or do you think I should tease it out?

- So you don't seem needy?

- Exactly.

- I don't know Vince.

Maybe you should take the lead from her.

- You could be right.

Well, you know, I've changed,
I'm a consensus kind of guy.

- That's right?

- Yeah.

- I'm gonna change the password on this.

I need you to verify it.

This time I'm going to use all numerals.

- [Lara] This is Rescue team leader.

I have a visual on the vehicle.

- Yeah, what's your position Lara?

- I'm on the Seven Foot Track,

maybe halfway to the river.

- See you mate.

You better leave this to me.

- I knew you were having an affair.

Just don't touch me!

I thought it was with
the bimbo in the office.

- Naomi, look.

- Don't!

- Will you listen to me please?

Listen to me sweetheart!

Naomi, listen to me!

Sweetheart!

Hey!

Hey!

- Calm down for me, Mr Collins.

- Naomi!

- You okay?

- I'm fine.

- Can you just make sure she
doesn't hurt herself please?

- Hey!

No, she isn't.

- She is.

- This is Rescue Alpha
to Rescue team leader.

We've got a situation here.

Mrs Collins has crashed at
the causeway onto the rocks.

She's inside, not moving.

- We need to secure that vehicle first.

- See you there, Heidi.

- Yeah okay, we're on our way, over.

- Jordan, now.

- What's up?

- I'll brief you on the way.

- Everything okay?

- Sorry, can't really discuss that.

Jordan.

- This is Gallagher.

- Gallagher, Hudson.

You guys are aware
there's a four-wheel drive

stuck in the creek, aren't you?

- Really, Jake?

- Yeah, do you guys know how
to keep your hands on anything?

- What did he say?

- You know Dean.

Wouldn't know how to
take help from anyone.

- Call her phone.

See if she answers.

- You good?

- Yup.

- Its going to be slippery.

Front doors jammed.

Going in the back.

This is alpha one, we're making entry.

- Yeah copy that, Deano, over.

- What's the story Vince?

- The woman is now stuck
in a car in a creek.

They're trying to get her
to assess any injuries.

I've got a chopper on stand-by.

See this is what happens when
you let a marriage slide.

- Four, six, eight, four, six, four?

- Didn't you write it down?

- You don't write it down!

That's the whole point of security.

Where's your radio?

- I left it out there.

- Naomi!

Naomi, Naomi.

Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.

Are you okay?

- Yes.

- She needs to be extracted.

- I'm bleeding.

- That's okay, that's okay.

We'll sort that out for you.

- My neck hurts.

- Okay just stay still, stay still.

- Chase we're gonna need a collar.

- Yup.

- Naomi do you know what day it is?

- Yeah, its the worst day of my life.

- Chase!

- Apart from just learning
my husbands a homosexual,

I'm fine!

Just get me out of here.

- Four, six, eight, four.

This is unbelievable!

- Look, look.

What?

- Somebody's in here.

- All our people are out.

- Almost there.

Got the weight?

Good to go.

- All right, up!

- There's no concussion.

I think the soreness is just bruising.

- Prepare to lower, lower.

- Naomi.

- You shut up!

I do not want to speak to you.

- Listen it's not.

- Shh.

- Listen mate you're going to
need to stand back, alright?

Let us do our job.

- Come on.

- Mate.

- Okay, I'm alright, alright?

I just want to get out of here.

- I've just got to check
your blood pressure, okay?

- Yup I'll drink to that.

Boonie wants a beer, Boonie wants a beer,

Boonie wants a beer, Boonie wants a beer.

- Son of a bitch.

- Rescue base, this is Rescue team leader.

Rescue base, this is Rescue team leader.

Come in please.

Vince? Michelle?

- Come on!

- Do you think I should
contact the head office,

tell them to check?

If it's nothing they'll think I'm a twit.

- You're the team leader.

- Dean was right, it's just some bruising.

- Well, that's something.

Let's get that gear up.

- Naomi, will you just please.

Just let me.

- Keep him away from me.

- Mate.

- Hi, yeah it's Lara Knight here

from Rescue Special Operations.

Can I speak to Chantelle Gregory, please?

- Seven, four, six.

Come on.

Four, six.

- Is that it?

- No, no one more.

- This is it, this is it.

- Yes!

Hey, hey!

Stop, you bastard!

You hurt?

- No! Go! Get him!

(intense music)

- Yeah he's just coming back now.

No, he didn't get him.

Yeah, he's fine.

All right, I'll call the police,

thanks Chantelle.

- I nearly had him.

- Did you see his face?

- No, I'm not even certain it's a he.

That's not good.

- Oh Vince, this is scary.

- How did he get in?

- I'm going to check the CCTV.

- Did you lock the door just now?

- Forgot.

Vanessa!

- Naomi, I am not gay!

- Yeah and I'm not blind.

- Could you just try to sit still please?

- You know, I wish now it
was the bimbo in the office.

- Please.

It's not what you think it is.

- What? You were hugging him.

- I was hugging him because he's my son.

- Don't worry, all this
won't affect our date.

I've made it perfectly clear that

I will not work back tonight.

- Uh, thing is Vince, about
tonight, I can't do it.

- Got to work?

- Actually, I'm going
out with somebody else.

- We went out two weeks ago.

- How could you meet someone in two weeks?

- It just happened.

- In two weeks?

- Well, you didn't call me.

I guess you were doing
your treat her mean thing.

- I was giving you space.

- And I'm glad you did or
I wouldn't have met Tyson.

- Tyson? Well, you tell
Tyson that I asked first.

We have a date!

- It's okay, it's the
CCTV thing, it can wait.

- You know, actually,
Michelle would have been

much more suited to you.

I've always said that.

- How can you throw away years together

for a guy you just met?

- Years together?

Come one.

Who are we fooling?

I don't think we've
shared a real conversation

in about three years.

- Vince Marchello.

Hold.

Vanessa, wait.

Wait, listen!

- You know, we can't
rule out this is some con

who I put away.

Maybe he knows you're my girlfriend.

- Really? Girlfriend?

- What do you think you were
gonna do with that spanner?

- Give him a good hard
crack if I had the chance.

- I know that you're someone
not to be messed with

but why don't you just
leave the bad guys to me?

- Wait, there.

Go back.

- Simple, just waited there and ducked in.

- He was in here from
the time they all left.

- Heidi you can stay up
here and monitor the patient

but give them some room.

- Where are you going?

- Secondary survey.

- We just did one.

- That's the team leader's job, not yours.

- Tony contacted me a
little over a month ago.

Up until then I had no idea he existed.

And his monther, it was a one-night stand,

long before I knew you.

- You could have told me.

- Great secondary recon, Dean.

Jordan, I'm going to need some chocks.

- Copy that.

- So are you okay with it?

- I don't have a choice.

- Jordan, hurry up with those chocks.

- Like you said, it happened
before you even knew me.

- Lara!

- My leg!

It's stuck.

- We'll be there in a sec Lara.

- Hold on Lara.

- Lara, speak to me.

Lara, Lara. What's up, what's up?

- My leg's stuck.

- That's it.

- Dean how is it?

- It's wedged.

- So nothings broken?

- Nothings broken.

She's in a fair bit of pain though.

The car's wedged her foot
and we can't winch it back

or forward otherwise
it could crush her leg.

- We're gonna try to jack
it up and slide her out.

- Cheers.

- Okay, Lara it won't be long.

- Grab a jack.

- All right, I've got your weight.

I've got you.

- Jordan grab the vest.

- Being team leader sucks.

- You've done a good job, Lara.

- What exactly would you
qualify as a bad job?

- [Heidi] Yes, Michelle,

they're just trying the jack now, over.

- Keep us informed Heidi,
anything we can do.

- All right, that's it.

All over, red rover.

She makes up her mind, that's it.

How are they doing?

- They're not good.

- Lara's foot is stuck
under the car in the creek.

They're trying to jack it up.

- Johnson find him?

- Yeah but no chance of an ID.

- Maybe the fingerprints.

- Yeah.

- Where did you say Lara was trapped?

- Mount Kingston National Park.

- Deano, how are you guys doing with Lara?

- Having a bit of trouble
trying to get the jack

to sit flat.

- Fix it quick,

there's a dam realize
scheduled in seven minutes.

Once the extra water hits

that creeks gonna turn into a torrent.

There's gotta be something you can do.

Can't you manage that from your end?

Well get onto him, found
out where he is, I'll hold.

- Well, can't they stop the release?

- Vince is chasing it.

Can't you jack the car?

- If the jack slips,
the car will crush her.

We're trying to build up
supposed around the jack

with rock right now,

- They can't override the master control.

They have to shut it off
from the pump house itself.

They're trying to find the guy.

Yes mate I'm here.

How long will that take?

Yup, the quickest they can get their guy

there is 10 minutes.

We gotta do it ourselves.

- Yeah all right, I'll
send Chase and Jordan.

Boys, go, go.

Heidi and I are gonna
stay and try to free Lara.

- Let's have a look at the dam.

The pump house is on the
north side of the dam

about 800 meters from your position, over.

- Yeah, we're heading
onto the damn wall now.

- I don't need to tell you do hurry, do I?

- Were not going to let
anything happen to you Lara.

Okay?

- Alright.

- We should never have
been in this situation,

crazy wife, psycho in here.

- I should have thought ahead.

- Well, you're not a clairvoyant.

- Bravo, this is Rescue Base.

Status report.

- Alright, we're directly
over the pump house now.

Got the bolt cutters for the padlock.

That will do the trick.

- Alright, lets do it.

- I'll race ya.

- Last one to bottom buys the drinks.

- You have to go to the
master control switch

and punch in the override code.

You have three minutes.

There's a flashing red
light above the console.

- Come on!

- It's giving a little, I can feel it.

- You have to hit the command code

while it's still flashing.

Once it turns green it's too late.

- We're in.

- Chase, you're looking
for a keyboard attached

to a digital display.

- Over here!

Alright confirm the override code is

seven, hotel, golf, five, one, x-ray.

- Confirm, seven, hotel,
golf, fiver, indigo, x-ray.

- Got it.

- Alright that's it.

I can't push the jack any higher.

- Yes! Whoo!

Hey we did it!

We did it!

- I think you should
get those beers, mate.

- Chase, the flood gates are active.

- We're too late, the gates are opening.

- Deano, you've got a
million tons of water

heading your way in
less than four minutes.

- Yeah, copy that.

- Heidi, out of the water.

- No.

- Heidi, get out of the
water and clear the area.

- No way!

- Yeah, Heidi.

Yeah, that's an order.

Go on.

- I'm gonna give this everything I've got.

There's a good chance
I'm gonna break your leg.

- No!

No, no, no, no, no.

You break my leg, I could
be finished in Rescue.

- Or you could be finished full stop.

- Give me spare air.

I can wait it out.

- This is gonna turn into
a giant washing machine.

This car is gonna crush you.

- What am I supposed to tell Hamish?

I'm sorry your bride
drowned, the job came first?

- Do it.

- Right, Lara brace yourself.

This is gonna hurt.

- Aargh!

- I've got no leverage.

I'm gonna have to get behind you.

Alright, alright.

- [Heidi] I've been
ordered out of the water.

Dean is continuing to try and free Lara.

- Maybe we can divert it.

- Er Vince, how long, how long?

- The waters gonna hit
in less than a minute.

- Alright.

I got you.

How are you doing?

- Hey, morphine's kicked in.

So not too bad, all in all.

- Nah.

I never thought I'd thank
anybody for snapping my leg.

- I actually don't think it's broken.

- Really?

- Yeah.

So looks like you'll have to
do the bridal waltz after all.

Alright.

- Dean, you should call Nicole.

It's not too late.

- You're on drugs.

You don't know what you're saying.

- Yes I do.

You're not so tough.

- Not as tough as you.

- Hey.

I love you.

You guys too.

- Look after her.

- Look she'd really appreciate
it but we can't accept that.

- Then ask her to accept my apologies.

- Tony will go with you to the hospital.

You can get to know each other.

- I'll wait here for the tow truck,

bring back the submarine.

- Hey er, didn't think
you'd still be here.

- I wanted to make sure
everything turned out okay.

- Well hey listen, if you're ever free

and you wanna do something.

- Ah you're very sweet Jordan

but I'm kind of involved right now.

If I ever become uninvolved,

I'll call for rescue.

- Yeah and we'll be here.

Goddamn it.

- That was awful, we were watching

and there was nothing we could do.

Jake called it in but Lara okay?

- Yeah, she's gonna be fine.

Well uh, we've still got some work to do.

- Sure.

Take care.

- Yeah, you too.

- You know despite your best efforts,

I don't think it's over between you two.

- That bastard.

Check it out.

See? The wife was right,
women can always smell a rat.

- Lucky rat.

What?

Yeah he's a rat.

- So much money.

Just putting it all in the machine.

- Hey wasn't there another photo here?

Like of all of us at the barbecue?

Who's taken it?

- Hey I just got off the phone from Hamish

and Lara's gonna be okay.

- She has some strained ligaments,

be on crutches for awhile

but she'll be fine.

And everybody remember

to be extra careful with
security this week, alright?

Remember your cards.

- Anyone for the pub?

- Yup.

- Yeah, I'm in.

- Vince, you coming?

- Not tonight, Josephine.

- All right, see you tomorrow.

- See ya.

Are you going to walk me to my car.

- My pleasure.

- That ratbag stole my Boonie booblehead.

- I'm sure insurance will cover it.

- You've reached Lara Knight
at Rescue Special Operations.
