This Pokémon is a Dewpider,
the Water Bubble Pokémon.

This is also a Water Bubble Pokémon,

but it's an Araquanid,
the Evolution of Dewpider.

for the very first time.

Dewpider come out of the water
looking for food.

They create water bubbles to breathe
and to protect their soft heads.

-It's like a helmet made of water.

I don't think that Dewpider have one.

-And that means that it couldn't breathe.

Once a Dewpider can find food for itself,
it leaves its group, looking for a pond

that it would like to claim
for its own territory.

That's awesome! Wow!
Maybe it can live here!

Then, once it's evolved, it looks for
new friends and creates its own group.

When a Dewpider finds its own pond,

it becomes, well, in human terms,
like a monarch.

-That's cool!

[Mallow] Since the Dewpider caught Lana,
then that means she's like... a princess!

-[Lana] Wow. That might be nice.

[all] Huh?

as if skating across the water.

Dewpider and Surskit don't get along well.

They're constantly vying for territory.

-Like a Seviper or a Zangoose.

It's toying with Dewpider!

-It has to win if it wants to be monarch.
