of love and friends and dedicated fellow
officers who wish to help him through
this problem therefore it's my opinion
based on many years of experience
working with recovering officers that
his chances are better than average

board that you be granted a 90-day leave
of absence for rehabilitation you will
be expected to attend meetings every day
drug testing will be administered under
departmental supervision if after 90
days you are clean and sober this board
