LaSalle's brother calls him. When he gets there, his brother shows him the body of his girlfriend in the trunk of his car. LaSalle calls Pride who tells him that they don't have jurisdiction, it's New Orleans PD's case. Pride gets the Police Captain to let them observe. When they question LaSalle's brother he claims to have no memory of what happened. They think because of his condition, he blackout. LaSalle doesn't believe it. But Pride sends him to work another case while he and Brody continue to work the case and they think they might be dealing with a serial killer.
