Millennium (1996–1999): Season 1, Episode 3 - Dead Letters - full transcript

The Millennium Group is screening a new candidate, Jim Horn, whom Frank teams up with to investigate the brutal murder of a meter maid. Jim shows promise, but he is also under much of the same stresses that Frank suffered from when he had his nervous breakdown, on top of which Jim's wife has left him and taken their son. Meanwhile, the killer strikes again, slaughtering a postal worker and a nurse, all the while leaving minute messages taunting the authorities. As he tries to prevent another victim from being killed, Frank must also try to keep Jim's growing inability to hold himself together from unraveling the investigation.
