Sharon makes decisions related to her ongoing medical problems, including receiving penance, extreme unction and the sacrament of the Eucharist from Father Stan, the last rites of Catholicism. She does this all while arriving at the conclusion of a series of murders and sexual assaults.

The killer shot Landon in
the heart and moved closer,

in his head. Why?

Maybe to make sure
he wasn't faking it?

Or because it was very personal,
like with Bonnie and Vanessa.

I told commander raydor that
press release was a mistake.

The LAPD put a target
on this man's back.

Boss. Before we even
knew about the rapes,

Bonnie Pearl was murdered
with exactly this mo.

And other than saying
that she was shot in her car,

we released no
details of the murder.

Just as important, Bonnie
was shot with the same gun.
