Magic Knight Rayearth (1994–1995): Season 1, Episode 14 - Hikaru, Umi, Fu no Yuzurenai Negai - full transcript
A bright light has appeared, kidnapping Umi and Fuu. Hikaru remembers a map and heads toward them. She gets cut on thorns along the way. Soon after, the light goes after Hikaru, but Mokona pushes Hikaru out of the way and she falls into a ravine. She remembers that Umi and Fuu were bleeding at the time they were kidnapped. Bloody herself, she slowly reaches the top. The light comes after her again, and with her sword she kills the monster within. She retrieves Umi and Fuu and explains the monster's attraction to blood.
Three junior high school girls, Hikaru
Shidou, Umi Ryuuzaki and Fuu Hououji
have been summoned by Princess
Emeraude to become the Magic Knights
and save an alternate
world called Cephiro.
Using all of the strength of her heart
that came from the belief in her friends,
Fuu managed to overcome
Illusionist Caldina's attempt
to set the three girls
against each other.
Caldina, touched by
their pureness of heart,
decided that she was
unable to do the girls harm,
and that she and Ascot would
do Zagato's bidding no more.

us were first summoned here to Cephiro,

seemed to be happening so fast.
I was just doing whatever I
thought I was supposed to do.
And then, when Clef
told us about the Magic
Knights, I wanted to become
them more than anything.
But it was just out of
curiosity and excitement.
I never stopped to
think what it really meant.
But it's different now.
I really do want to
become a Magic Knight.
For all the people that have
helped us here in Cephiro.
To fulfill the dreams and wishes
of Clef and Presea and Ferio.

I am familiar with only a fraction
of those that inhabit Cephiro today.

the inhabitants of Cephiro.

our world with the power of her will.
Her wishes for serenity made Cephiro a
place where people could live in peace.
Her heart preserved
the fertile, beautiful lands.
Her hopes maintained the
faultless weather each day.
But Princess Emeraude is now unable
to pray for the stability of Cephiro.
That is why there are violent
storms and earthquakes.
Combined with High
Priest Zagato's wrongdoing,
these conditions further
envelope our people in fear,
and their blackened hearts
in turn create new monsters.
