Three junior high school girls, Hikaru
Shidou, Umi Ryuuzaki and Fuu Hououji
have been summoned by Princess
Emeraude to become the Magic Knights
and save an alternate
world called Cephiro.
As a result of High
Priest Zagato imprisoning
Princess Emeraude,
the Pillar of the land,
Cephiro has become a world of terror.
A world where monsters freely roam.
In order to return to
Tokyo, the three must
ultimately defeat the
immensely powerful Zagato,
and rescue Princess Emeraude.
To accomplish this, Hikaru
and her companions learned
that they would first need
to revive the Rune God,
and become the Magic Knights.
The girls succeeded in reviving Selece,
the Rune God in an underwater shrine,
after defeating Ascot,
a minion of Lord Zagato.
The Legend of the Rune
God in a World Called Cephiro.
I wonder where
this is taking us.
Oh, I'm sure it's taking us where
Princess Emeraude is being held captive.

So we can return to
Tokyo any day now!
That theory simply does

We first must rescue Princess
