A gang of young vigilantes is destroying the city's crack houses. MacGyver suspects that an ex-marine from the youth center is the person training the vigilantes.

we have the eighth "take back the
neighborhood" crack-house burning

by the self-styled vigilante group
who call themselves "the tough boys."

(Chuckles)

- Vigilantes? What's wrong with her?
- Chill.

Were arrested at the location,

All believed to be crack-house
customers and pushers.

But the big story is, for the
first time, there was a fatality.

- Police believe that a 19-year-old
crack dealer - oh, man, that's weak.

Was trapped inside the building.

Neighbors say
there were shots...

Yeah, wh-what you need, cuz?
