Yosemite Sam has wagon woes. Elmer upgrades his duck-calling plan. A family of bears enjoys a day at the beach.

[theme music playing]

[narrator] 1843, a big year
in westward expansion.

The destination?

Oregon, where large blocks
of free, pristine land
are there for the taking.

But only to
the first brave souls

that have the guts to traverse
the harsh American wilderness.

It's a treacherous journey,

but those who make it
will be handsomely rewarded.

[Sam] He's talking about me.

Hyah! Hyah!
Outta my way, losers. Hyah!

-[whip cracks]
-Hyah!

Hyah! Now,
to eliminate the competition.

[chuckles wickedly]

[clangs]

[sizzling]

[cow moos]

Y'all wanted to be settlers.
So settle for second place.
[laughs maliciously]

Frontier Sam's
gonna get there first
and take all the best land.

-[chuckles] Whoa!
-[crashes]

Great horny toads.
My wagon wheel.

Hey, what's all the racket?

You no-good rabbit.
Your hole broke the wheel.

[crunches, chews]

Eh, what a shame.

The whole thing
just broke apart, huh? [chews]

You know, uh, you gotta
be careful driving out here.

Anyway, hopefully you got
quintuple A
trailside assistant.

Goodbye, now.

Hold on, Rabbit.

You're gonna fix my wagon.

Okay, whatever you say, Doc.

Bad, bad, bad, bad boy.

No, I meant
fix my wagon literally.

Not figuratively, you varmint!

Now go repair it
and we'll be square.

Hmm. Okay, Doc,
I'll be right back.

-[hammering]
-[scoffs]

All right. I made it square,
just like you asked.

[Sam] No!

You mutton head!

You can't have one square wheel
and three round ones.

They all gots to be the same.

Oops, my bad.
One moment, please.

[hammering]

There. They're all
the same now, Doc.

[exclaims angrily]

Alls I needed was
one big round wheel.

Well, why didn't you say
that in the first place?

[hammering]

[Bugs] There it is, Doc.

One big, round wheel.

Last one out West
is a rotten egg.
[laughs goofily]

[laughing goofily]

My wheel!

[Bugs] In the market for a new

-or pre-owned wagon?
-Huh?

Then come on down to
Crazy Larry's Wagon Emporium.

Well, I'll be a horse's hoot.

I got the biggest selection
of wagons this side
of the Rio Grande.

So, uh, what are we thinking?

Wait, wait. I know
what you're looking for.

Check out this
high-tech smart wagon.

That's one flashy ride.

Hmm. But where do you
hitch up the oxen?

You don't.
This baby's all electric.

-Electric?
-Yep, here, have a seat.

-Feels good, don't it?
-[squeaking]

Say, this is something else.

-And it's only $100,000.
-100,000?

That's awfully pricey,
considering this picture
is set in the 1800s.

Tell you what,
I'll cut you a deal
because I like you.

How does $99,999.99 sound?

That's still more
than I was hoping to spend.

Oh, I get it. You need
the wife's permission.

Guess she wears the pants, huh?

Oh, no. I wear the pants.
Now take my money.

Pleasure doing business
with you.

Hey, how do you start
this darn thing anyway?

You can't. Electricity hasn't
been invented yet.

Ooh, give me
my money back, varmint.

Sorry, Doc. No refunds.

Oh!

[chuckling gleefully]
What a maroon.

[chuckles, chokes]

No more wastin' time.

If I can't roll West,
I'll ride West.

-Ride what?
-A horse.

Which is you.
Giddyup, Rabbit.

Uh, yippee-ki-yay, okay.

Faster, Rabbit! Hyah!

Whoa!

Are we there yet?

We're right back
where we started, you idiot!

You've got to be
the worst horse in history.

Like you could
be a better horse.

Heck, yeah, I would.
Give me that saddle.

Here. Now, get on.

-Hyah, mule! Hyah,
hyah, hyah, mule!
-[whip cracking]

-Hyah, mule!
-[whip cracks]

[splashes]

[chomping]

-[whip cracks]
-Hyah, mule!

-[whip cracks]
-Hyah! Hyah, mule!

Ooh! Ooh!

[galloping]

Whoa!

[gasping, panting]

Oh, no, Doc! I just realized,
I think I left the oven on.

We gotta go back.

Go back? Are you out
of your mind, Rabbit?

We're only 25 miles away.

Safety first.

Ooh!

[galloping]

[panting]

[groans]

[clicks]

Okay, Doc. We can go back now.

-Oregon, ho!
-[whip cracks]

[Sam galloping, grunting]

-[thuds]
-[grunts]

Hey, what gives?

Is it all right if I take five?

Only if you're okay missing out
on the best available land.

[Sam gasping]

I made it.

Wow, talk about lush.

I could get used
to living here.

Oh, no, you don't!
This pristine land is mine.

-First come, first--
-[thuds]

I made it, I made it! Whoo-hoo!

Sorry, boys, this land is mine!

Mine, all mine. Whoo-hoo!

[Sam groaning]

Well, he oxed for it.
[chuckling]

[theme music playing]

Hi, everyone. It's duck season,

but guns are frowned upon
in today's cartoons.

-So...
-[splashes]

I'll have to use
a different strategy.

Like this duck call.

[chuckles]

[squawking]

Oh, for heaven's sake.
You call that a duck call?

You'll be lucky to catch
a half weight hatchling

with a puny little duck call
like that.

Here!

This ought to attract
much larger fowl.

Gee, thanks, Mr. Duck.

Don't mention it, cousin.

[horn blaring]

Bring on the big ducks.

[laughing]

[smashes]

[theme music playing]

[narrator] Once upon a time,
there was a Papa Bear,

a Mama Bear and a Baby Bear.

And they went for
a relaxing day at the beach.

All right! This place
is as good as any.

We'll set up here.

But, Henry, don't you--

I said, we're sitting here!

All right, Junior,
put it all down.

-Okay, Pa.
-[crashes]

Uh, did I do good, Pa?

[clangs]

But, Henry, there's a, um--

Shut up! I'm trying to set up
this stupid umbrella.

-[squeaking]
-[grunting]

Do not worry, Pa.
I will help you.

[straining]

[thuds]

Uh, are you okay, Pa?

-[whirring]
-[grunting]

[thuds]

But, Henry, don't you th--

I said, we're gonna sit
up here, and that's final!

[sniffing]

What's that smell?

[sniffing]

Uh, it's not me, Pa.

[sniffing]

I tried to tell you, Henry.

[growls] Fine!

We'll move closer
to the shore.

Ooh, boy. I will help you move.

You see, Pa? I moved it.
I put it...

Pa? Hey, Pa?

-[whistling through air]
-[splashes]

[bubbling, gurgling]

[panicked gurgling]

[smacking]

[yelping]

[chuckling] Ta-da! [chuckles]

[seductively] Oh, Henry!

Come put some sunscreen on me.

I'm trying to relax over here!

Uh, I will do it, Ma.

[rages]

[crashes]

[crashes]

Uh, do not forget
to put on sunscreen, Pa.

You do not want
to get sunburned.

[growls]

-[grunts]
-[smacks]

-[smacks]
-[cracks]

[vocalizing, chuckling]

Uh, 14-love.

[Mama Bear seductively]
Oh, Henry!

Um, I'm going for a swim.

[Henry] All right, whatever.

[splashes]

["The Blue Danube" playing]

Where are the sandwiches?

Do not worry, Pa.
I will make you a sandwich.

Uh, and I will make sure
it is a good sandwich
with extra sand.

Uh, now, where can
I get some jelly?

[splashes]

A-ha! Jelly!

[electrical buzzing]

[chuckles] It tickles.

A jelly sandwich for my Pa.

It's about time! [chomps]

[mumbling] Why don't
you try out,

and take a swim, you dip...

Oh, goody, goody.

I'm coming, Ma!

Uh, cannonball!

[splashes]

[water splashing]

[fish splatter]

[panicked mumbling]

Uh, do not worry, Pa.
I will help you.

Take that, you dirty octopus.

And that! And that!

[octopus yelping]

Are you okay, Pa?

Give me that!

[grunting, straining]

[sobbing loudly]

What did I ever do
to deserve such a family?

[sobs]

Well, there's one way I can
get some rest and peace.

[grunts]

Pa helps me make
the best sand castles.

[theme music playing]
