Kim's Convenience (2016–…): Season 1, Episode 13 - Family Singing Contest - full transcript

Janet's got big news! But before she tells her parents, she wants to make sure they're in the best possible moods, so she butters them up: she rents a fancy new SUV for Mr. Kim, and agrees to participate in a church family singing festival with Mrs. Kim and Jung. Mr. Kim lets the attention he gets from his new ride go to his head, which leads to a confrontation with Jung. And Jung is surprised to learn that Shannon has moved on.
