Myers was found dead

approximately one hour ago.

The owner tells us
that the suspect

had been creeping around
the restaurant for months.

Just a few hours ago.

The same Judge Jay Johnson,

put a restraining order
on him to no avail.

She was found in the parking
lot and a few blocks up,

he was found deceased with
self-inflicted wounds.
