They're strong and getting stronger.

Texans are getting close to siding

and the federal government
had become.

No-bid contracts, a private army,
a corporation that wrote legislation.

J&R was a cancer grown deep
into the bone of this government.

So I decided to remove that cancer
in one fell swoop.

Because J&R are more powerful now
than they ever were.

They're also more vulnerable.

J&R and the Cheyenne government
are now centralised in one city.

So when I strike the final blow,
the disease should be gone for good.
