turfed out 35 OAPs
and then brought in the bulldozers.

A month later, he sold it to a developer
for twice what he paid for it.

So he stuck at it,
only this time on a much bigger scale.

Victorian warehouses, factories,

historic mills, all in great locations
bought at knockdown prices,

often before they'd
even come on to the market.
