We of the Senate Select Committee on
Intelligence found in our investigation

that a quantity of poisonous agent
capable of killing tens of thousands

has been secretly stockpiled
by none other than the CIA.

This agent was manufactured using mainly toxin
found in certain shellfish as well as cobra venom

so it takes only a tiny amount
for it to be lethal toward humans.

Furthermore, at present no means
whatsoever is found to combat the agent.

This outrage ignores
the Chemical Weapons Convention, -

which outlaws the development, manufacture
and stockpiling of chemical and toxin weapons

and is in clear violation thereof!

We intend to pursue this matter to the fullest!

It seems this thing has finally blown up.

We will have to strike first, before
the repercussions spread this way as well...

We must get rid of everything.

Not just our agents, -

but the toxin manufacturing facilities,
the scientists... ALL the evidence.

We have now stockpiled
enough of the "product".

And dead men can't testify,
not to the House or the Senate or the DOJ!
