Dawson's Creek (1998–2003): Season 5, Episode 11 - Something Wild - full transcript

Joey and Audrey go out to a nightclub to celebrate both Joey's straight-A grades and the winter break from school. Charlie is also there and he hits on Joey, who turns him down for what he did to Jen. But Charlie doesn't give up so easily and dares Joey to do something wild in which she accepts a dare to go on stage to sing with his band. Meanwhile, Pacey sees himself hanging out with Audrey after he joins her and Joey at the club to celebrate his new promotion when Danny makes Pacey the assistant chef at restaurant Civilization. Also, Dawson and Jen go back to Capeside to visit his mother where they have their first fight over what Dawson will do with his life.

-ls that the mail?
-No, Joey.

Your grades haven't come yet.

Grades are not on my mind
right now.

You can stop with the nonchalant
attitude. l know it's driving you crazy.

Something else is driving me crazy.

-Do you want to talk about it?
-Bess...

...stop bugging me.

l was talking about
Dawson and Jen.

Thank you so much for the reminder.

Now l would like to get back
to enjoying my vacation.

You should enjoy your vacation.

Why don't you get off the sofa
and do something fun?

Just because l'm not participating
in some wet T-shirt contest...

-...doesn't mean l'm not having any fun.
-Come on, Joey!

When's the last time
you did something wild?

l'm wild quite frequently.

-Letting your hair air-dry doesn't count.
-l'll run with the scissors later, okay?

-lsn't there someone you can call?
-Maybe l'll call Dawson and Jen.

Maybe not.

-Hey.
-Hey.

l love this place, the Potter B & B.

Seems like yesterday l was
dancing here with Frederick Fricke.

Shouldn't you be in the kitchen
with Danny Brecher?

l had to come pick something up.
How's vacation going?

Behold the human vegetable.

Actually, l'm having a wonderful time.

l'm reading, relaxing,
watching TV...

...and totally and completely
enjoying myself.

Well, that's good to hear.

l just dropped by to see if you wanted
a ride back to Boston.

-You're going back to Boston?
-Yeah, l'm leaving right now.

Bye, Bess. l've had a wonderful time.
l love you.

Give Alexander a big kiss for me.

Come on.

Check this out. You have got to take
this class, Dawson:

''The Kasdan family: A colloquium
in the dynastic rule in Hollywood.''

You really want me to enrol
in this local college.

lt sounds like they have an amazing
program, and you'd get a lot out of it.

l'll think about it later.
l just want to savour this moment.

This is the first time l've
actually brought a girl home.

Well, l'd hate to ruin
the moment for you...

...but l think that l'm actually going
through a rite of passage here too.

This is the first time
that l've been brought home.

-Really?
-Yeah.

-Usually l get brought to a motel.
-Already done that.

Yes. We have.

lf you wanna do it again,
you just let me know.

Why, Dawson Leery, l am shocked
at your presumptuousness.

You might not wanna do Grams
while you run your hand up my thigh.

Because it's just a little....

l'm sorry.

Of course he ended up with her.
l mean, Jen's spontaneous and wild.

ln the end, guys always end up
with the wild girl.

l could see on his face
the first time he saw her.

-You're gonna have to get past this, Jo.
-l'm past it. l'm totally past it.

ln fact, l rarely even think about them.

They just happen to be
on your mind right now.

No, actually, l was wondering
whether or not this car's yours.

lt is indeed. All 289 horses.

Where did you get all these horses?

l have something more interesting
to talk to you about.

There's an opening for a waitress
at Civilization. You interested?

You don't think there's a chance in hell
l'd once again serve food to people.

All l know is that with your
qualifications, Brecher would love you.

After the recommendation
l'd get from Mrs. Valentine...

...the food industry
would not be a career option.

Speaking of....

Did you check your grades lately?

Not yet.

Really? You seem pretty carefree
about it.

When it comes to grades,
l'm all about carefree.

-So you're freaking out.
-No, Pace.

-Sorry to disappoint, but l've changed.
-Oh, really?

l mean, l took my tests, l did my best...

...and there's nothing more
l can do, so l'm moving on.

Tell me honestly. You are not going
to run to the bursar's office...

...to check on your grades?

There's a difference between
having a thought and acting upon it.

True. There's also a difference...

...between saying that you're gonna
change and actually doing it.

-l can't get out.
-l got it.

Thanks.

What did your mom say
when you told her about us?

Nothing, really.

l foresee strangeness
on the horizon.

lt can't be as bad as
the dinner from hell. Right?

She's gonna know
why we were so late.

How could she possibly know?

-You made it. Hey.
-Hey.

-l was starting to get worried.
-Well, we stopped for a little while.

-To get gas--
-And rest and--

-And we got some gas.
-Then we rested a little bit.

So....

-Honey.
-Yeah?

Your T-shirt, it's on inside out.

Let's-- Let's eat.

-What a hungry, hungry girl...
-Yeah.

...who's travelled
a long way today.

So, what are you gonna do in this place
all by yourself for several days?

l'm going to enjoy having my room
all to myself.

Joey?

Audrey.

Hey! Did you miss me?

-Audrey, what are you doing here?
-Oh, l got in last night.

God, l am so glad to see you.

This place is deserted. There's no one
around, and l'm starving.

Did you consider going
to a restaurant?

-There are a couple of those in Boston.
-And eat by myself? Please.

-l thought you were with your parents.
-Yeah, l was.

But we had this big fight
about money and....

They even suggested
l get rental boots.

What's wrong with rental boots?

Hard to coordinate
with a pink bunny suit.

And get this. l can't give
campus tours anymore.

Some woman complained
because l was hitting on her son.

How was l supposed to know
he was in high school?

l don't know, you guys.
Looks like l might have to get a job.

What?

l am so perfect for this job.

l'm basically just gonna have dinner
with new people every night.

No, the job is to bring them dinner,
not date them.

l know that...

...but people want a little personality
with their dining experience.

They want good food,
professionally served.

l love how everything comes ''on a
bed of'' or ''drizzled with'' something.

lt's so thrilling. Listen:

''Grilled foie gras, drizzled...

...with a mango sauterne
reduction sauce.''

l can so sell that!

-What the hell is foie gras?
-lt's fattened duck liver.

-That's just wrong.
-You wouldn't say that if you tried it.

lt'll blow your mind.

Tell me something. Does this sort
of thing usually work with the ladies?

-What sort of thing?
-The '' lf l'm this passionate...

...about the sensual art of cooking,
imagine how good l am in bed'' thing.

lmagine how good you'd do
if you actually trimmed your nails.

-l'm a busy guy.
-Hey.

You were talking about
professionalism.

-Witter, is this your girlfriend?
-No, no. No, no, this is Audrey.

She's here
for the waitress position.

Hi! l really love what
you've done with the place.

-Welcome aboard, Audrey.
-What? ''Welcome aboard''?

Any woman that can
put Witter in his place...

...is a woman l want working for me.

-Can you start tomorrow?
-Absolutely!

Fantastic. l'll go get the paperwork.
You make sure she tastes the foie gras.

lt's fantastic.

l love that guy.

-Oh, it's okay, honey.
-l got it, Mom.

Thanks.

So, Jen, how's school going?

Have you thought about a major yet?

Not really. l'm just trying to take it
day by day right now.

So how is the lovely Lily Leery?

She took her first steps the other day.
She was, like, so cute.

You haven't put the baby gate up yet.
On the stairs.

-Honey, l will.
-Okay.

Have you met
your new neighbours yet?

The people that bought your house
just use it as a summer place.

lt's been boarded up.

lt's sort of sad to think
of that house all cobwebby.

Oh, excuse me.

Hello?

Well-- No, it's still leaking.

Well, no. l kind of need
to get it fixed.

The plumber hasn't fixed
the leak at the restaurant yet?

Like now.

Give me that. Hey, you were supposed
to have that fixed last week.

No. Meet me there in 1 5 minutes.
l'll be right there.

-You just got here. Stay with Jen.
-Don't worry about it, okay.

-l'll be right back.
-Okay.

So you two are dating now.

My favourite obsessive-compulsive
freshman.

l was just on my way to the library.

-That's on the other side of campus.
-No wonder l couldn't find it.

How'd you do?

So far, four A's.

Well, l bet you're looking for this.

''Oh,'' what?
''Oh, my''? ''Oh, crap''?

''Oh, give me that right now
before l jump out of my skin''?

You're about to find out the results
of months' worth of labour...

...and ''Oh'' is all you can say
for yourself?

-You're having way too much fun here.
-Job perk.

Oh, my God!

-l take it you won't contest the grade?
-No!

You deserve it.

-A hug?! What kind of hug?
-lt was just a hug.

l'm sorry, but hugging the most
gorgeous man on campus...

...could never be just a hug!
How long did it last?

l don't know.

Okay, exactly and precisely, which
body parts made contact and where?

Okay, we had sex.

-Really?
-Right there in the bursar's office.

On the Formica. lt was wild,
passionate, hot, animalistic sex.

-l hate you.
-lt was a hug!

l was excited.
lt was an excited hug.

-So no big deal.
-No kissing at all? You swear?

Audrey, of course not.

Well, the fact that you can
at least hug Professor Wilder...

-...proves that there's hope for you yet.
-Good to know.

This is our night. We're gonna
celebrate. We're gonna cut loose.

-Tonight we're gonna kiss some boys.
-Which boys?

-Hi. Excuse me.
-Hey.

l know this may sound
a little bit forward...

...but would you kiss
my friend here?

Okay.

You know, l'd love to make out with you
but until my tongue completely heals...

...l just think it's too risky.

There was a piercing incident with....

lt was bad.

Wanna talk to you, Witter.

l already told Audrey not to show up
looking like a showgirl.

What are you talking about?
l like Audrey. This is about you.

-How long have you been here?
-l meant to tell you about the lobsters.

-lt just slipped my mind.
-lt's been almost six months...

...since you dragged your ass in here.

You've learned everything
from apples to zucchinis.

-Just tell me what l did.
-You impressed me.

-Generally, that's a good thing.
-lndeed it is.

And something that is
terribly difficult to do.

-So you're not chewing me out?
-No, l'm promoting you.

Which means l'm giving you a
20-percent increase in your salary.

Forgive the look of shock on my face,
but l'm shocked.

Well, wait till you see this.

You've done a tremendous job.

l knew you had talent
when you walked in...

...but l wasn't sure
you had the character. lt's good work.

ls there a note in here that
says '' l'm screwing with you''?

Absolutely. Several notes. C-notes.

You never came to pick up
your holiday bonus.

-l didn't know there was a bonus.
-Happy belated holidays, Chef Witter.

-l'm glad you stayed.
-Thanks, Danny.

l'll talk to you tomorrow.

Witter. What is it you want to tell me
about the lobsters?

God, l love college life.
Why would l ever want to leave all this?

At some point you have to pay off
the loans to finance all this.

There will be no pragmatism
tonight. l'll have none of it.

Only irrational, reckless flights
of fancy.

Speaking of which, now there
is a highly kissable boy.

-He's cute.
-Cute?

Come on, Joey,
that guy is gorgeous.

Okay, he's gorgeous and...

-...familiar.
-You have to plot some subtle way...

...for you to meet him.

How about l say:

''Aren't you Charlie,
the guy who dicked over Jen?''

That's Charlie? Charlie the jerk?

-ln the flesh.
-Such beautiful flesh for a jerk.

Jen has good taste in men.

l mean...

...musicians, you know.
These guys rock.

-l know what you mean.
-No, really, they've gotten better.

l wonder if they remember
when l sang with them.

-You're very hard to forget.
-You think so?

There are few things
l'm more certain of.

-l'm gonna go talk to them, okay?
-Good luck.

This is where the beautiful,
smart girls hang out.

l gotta go to clubs more often.

-You got my message?
-l did indeed.

A 4.0. l'm sure you'll do better
next semester, Jo.

l'm glad you decided to join us.

Well, l have something to celebrate
tonight. l got a promotion.

That's awesome!

Hey. l know that voice.

Audrey's excited about her new job.
And when Audrey's excited....

How did we ever get through
high school without that girl?

You know, he just....

He loves you and this family
and this house so much that...

...sometimes l wonder
if it doesn't hold him back...

...from moving forward
with his life.

Well, he seems to be moving forward
with parts of his life just fine.

Right, that you aren't
entirely pleased about.

Am l that transparent?

Everything is really nice
between us, Gale.

l really just am kind of crazy
about him...

...and l want him to be happy.

Well, then, we both
want the same things.

How would you feel
if he moved into Grams' attic?

Well, l would miss having him
around here.

But l know that he needs
to get a place of his own.

Has he told you about this film school
in Boston that he's been looking into?

No, he didn't mention it.

Every time l bring up school,
he changes the subject.

But l would love it
if he went back to school.

Me too.

So have you talked to him about it?

-Well, l've danced around the subject.
-Oh, no, honey, you can't dance.

You gotta really tell him.

l'm just afraid of
pushing him into something...

-...that he's not ready for.
-Oh, no, Jen.

Dawson has inherited a stubborn
streak a mile long from his father.

Trust me, you're gonna
have to push him.

l just wanted to let you know
that you don't have to kiss.

There are other things
that....

Well, hi. My name's Tom.

l'm sure you're a really sweet guy...

...and probably a world-class
macking master.

But my friend over there, she really
needs to return to the mother ship.

No hard feelings?

Can l buy you something to drink?

Subtext and humour have no effect
on stupidity. Would you leave me--?

Nice.

Do you think you should bandy
about words you don't understand?

-Stop. Just stop.
-Stop what?

The castrating shrew routine.
The defence mechanism.

Look, l totally understand...

...how a girl who looks like you
needs one.

All right? But you can drop it
around me.

All l want to do is meet you
and talk a little.

Okay. Fine, l'll start.

Hi, l'm Charlie.

Charlie, how about
we talk about why...

...out of all of these girls
in the entire club...

...l'm the blessed one. l mean...

...what is it about me
that piqued your interest?

lt's the hair-behind-the-ear thing.

You know, that little tuck you do.

Look, sometimes...

...when l'm having a tough night...

...l look out in the audience
for someone who's really listening.

lt makes me feel like
l'm connecting.

And l saw you...

...standing next to your friend,
staring at me, and...

...l noticed the way you kept...

...tucking your hair
behind your ears.

Like you were trying
extra hard to listen.

And l thought to myself,
'' l want to meet that beautiful girl.''

So tell me...

...does this sort of thing
actually work?

l wouldn't know.

l'm not like the rest of these
Neanderthals here.

No?

-l've never done this before.
-Really?

Yeah.

So you must have used a different tack
with Jen Lindley, huh?

Joey.

The smart girl from Worthington.

Charlie, the womaniser
from Boston Bay.

Yeah, this is deeply humiliating.

But, hey, you can't blame a guy
for trying.

No. But you don't have to have
a drink with him.

Any interest in some make-up sex?

Oh, l don't know.
You look pretty wiped out, pal.

l don't think you'd be up for it.

l'm an 1 8-year-old
who just lost his virginity.

You'd be surprised
at what l'm up for.

-How was your evening?
-Well....

Most of it was spent
talking to your mom.

-Any strangeness?
-A little.

Once she realized l was after you for
more than your body, she lightened up.

Please tell me that's not
all you guys talked about.

We talked about you
moving to Boston.

A certain attic with your name on it.

An attic that would be a really
great place for you to study.

You know l've been thinking
seriously about that.

But right now,
it's just not the right time.

Actually, it is. And l'm not
the only one who feels that way.

Okay, when did you and my mom
suddenly become close enough...

...to start sharing insights
about what's best for my life?

You're not required
to be the husband.

-lt's not that simple.
-You think l don't know that?

You're not the best person
to be giving me advice on parents.

-That's not fair.
-l'm just stating the facts.

How can you give me advice when
you don't even talk to your mother?

l appreciate how much
you care about my life...

...but if you want to talk
about how l should live it...

...we should find
a different subject.

l actually don't really want
to talk to you at all right now.

Hey, do you mind?
We're trying to have a game here.

Yeah. We're trying
to have a game here.

-What an annoyance.
-Yes. l can see how annoyed you are.

Okay.

You rack them,
l'll crack them, baby.

-Hey.
-Hi. Do you wanna play against her?

-No. l'll let you enjoy the indignity.
-Thank you.

So tell me, how long after we left...

...did you run down to the bursar's
office to check on your grades?

Okay, l'm an obsessive freak, l freely
admit it. There is no hope for me.

That's not true. There is a part
of you that knows how to let loose.

You just have to let it loose
every once in a while.

What part?

The other Joey.

The carefree girl who knows how
to drink and play strip poker...

...and go away on a sailboat
for a summer.

The girl who can get up in front
of a crowd of complete strangers...

...and sing at a beauty pageant.

-Other Joey?
-Yes. The other Joey...

...who knows better than to let things
that are out of her control bother her.

Like Dawson and Jen.

Hey, guys, you wanna
know why else l love pool?

Because the chalk matches
my eye shadow. How cute is that?

You know, l think l'm gonna
head over to the bar.

l'm gonna keep my eyes open
for that other girl.

Well, if you see that girl,
would you buy her a drink?

Actually, would you buy
all of us a drink, on me?

Sure.

Where did you get
this kind of money?

Well, l work for a living.

l believe this is what you're drinking.

-You again?
-What can l say? l don't give up easily.

Helping me get a drink doesn't
absolve you from cheating.

l'm not looking for absolution.
l'm looking for a second chance.

Jen is not currently swimming
in the available pool.

-Maybe you haven't heard.
-l'm talking about you.

A second chance with me?

l hadn't realized you ever had a first.

What did l do that was so terrible?

-All right, l hit on you. ls that a crime?
-Please!

lf there's anything l'm guilty of,
it's simply being attracted to you.

l never said anything to you
that l didn't mean.

l think you are beautiful. Truth be told,
l think you're drop-dead gorgeous.

The whole, '' l'm a bass player you can
take home to Mama'' thing didn't work...

...so now you're using simple flattery?

Okay, so l made a fool out of myself
before. That l'm prepared to do.

Good. You display quite a mastery
at that particular skill.

Give me as much crap as you want.
l'm not afraid to take a chance.

-Are you implying that l am?
-When's the last time you did?

None of your business.

Do they teach classes in uptight
at Worthington...

...or is it a prerequisite
for admission?

-l'm not uptight.
-Then tell me...

...when the last time was
you took a chance.

l'm not going to recount
my reckless behaviour for you.

l bet there's not much to recount.

But l'll bet the list of prudish
perfectionism goes on ad nauseam.

Come on.

Joey, the smart girl
from Worthington...

...when was the last time
you did something...

...completely and indisputably wild?

Mom, what are you still doing up?

Oh, l thought l'd come out
and get some air.

And have a little heart-to-heart
with your son?

l'm getting really bad at keeping
my feelings hidden in my old age.

You're not old.

lt's funny.

Before you got here, l was worried
about what might be going on...

...after l went to sleep tonight...

...and now l seem to be a little worried
about what's not going on.

We had our first fight.
l guess we'll work it out.

Until you really let go of this house,
l don't think you will.

Until you can start waking up every day
and thinking about yourself...

...l don't think you're gonna
be able to be in a relationship...

...and begin the life
that you deserve to have.

l plan on doing those things. l wanna
make sure you and Lily are set first.

You are done. Right now,
this is where it ends.

-Mom--
-No. lt's time.

l am probably more guilty
than you know.

There's part of me that
has loved having you around.

But it's just not fair
and it's just not right.

And seeing you tonight with Jen...

...realizing how much
she wants you in Boston...

...it's made it all clear to me.

l mean, the girl is...

...head-over-heels
smitten with you.

She really cares about you
and your future.

l don't know how l would've
gotten through all this without her.

Lily and l, we'll be okay.

l promise.

l'll hire some help around here
if l need to.

So, Dawson...

...go to Boston.

Live in that attic.

You have been such a help to me the
past few months, l can't even begin...

...to say thank you.

l feel the same way about you
that l know your father would.

Honey, l'm proud of you.

All right.

-l got some apologizing to do.
-Yeah.

You go in there and you tell her
how you really feel about her.

lf that doesn't work, grovel.

lt always worked like a charm
for your dad.

Good night.

Okay, one last game.

All right. Loser has to pay the tab.

Sure thing. Hey, speaking
of money, where's Joey?

l don't know.
She's been gone a long time.

All right. Hang out here.
l'm gonna look for her.

Wait. l'm coming with.

-Think it's possible she went home?
-Maybe she met somebody.

We sort of made this pact
we were gonna kiss some boys tonight.

Doesn't sound like a pact
Joey would make.

l made it without her,
but she was there.

Listen to that. Listen.

Oh, my God! Are you
hearing that too?

-l think so.
-No, it's not possible.

Oh, it is possible. Check that out.

Oh, my God! That can't be
the same girl that sleeps in my room!

-Who is that girl?
-That is other Joey.

Can't believe it!

Oh, my God!

l love you, Joey. You're my hero!

Joey, that was amazing.
Absolutely, positively amazing.

l honestly had no idea
you had that in you.

Then you probably didn't know
l have this either.

Don't ever call me uptight.

Let's hear it.

You are so beautiful.

Okay. Apology accepted.

Just like that? l had, like,
a very impassioned speech.

Yeah. l don't really need it.

-l'm prepared to grovel.
-Nope.

l'll have to remember
that tack for the future.

You're right. l don't have any
first-hand experience...

-...with what you're going through.
-Nearly no one l know does.

And you're right. lt's time
l moved into that attic.

We can decorate.

God, it's so weird.

What's that?

lt's just so weird how things work out.

All those years living right next door
to each other...

...but we had to move away
to a different city to get together.

Too bad we never got together
over there.

That would have been fun.

Well, you know what
Grams says, no regrets.

That house does not belong
to you anymore.

That house will always
belong to me.

l wonder where the little rock star
wandered off to.

Maybe she went home.

-Joey wouldn't leave without telling me.
-Maybe she met someone.

Joey Potter leave with a guy.

Do you have any idea what it
would take for that to happen?

l'm so-- You know what,
l totally forgot...

...but before we left tonight
Joey said...

...that she might have to go home
early to study.

Study for what? She doesn't
even have classes to study for.

You know our Joey,
little Miss Perfect.

You need a ride home.

l don't need anything.

Well, unless you and the janitorial staff
have some kind of unexpected bond...

...l think your friends have left.

Come on. Let me give you
a ride on my motorcycle.

l'll take you anywhere you wanna go.

What?

-l'm making a fool out of myself again?
-Of course you have a motorcycle.

-What's that mean?
-And of course you don't understand.

-Hey, it's a Harley.
-l'm sure it is.

Jen, you think living under the same
roof is gonna screw everything up?

Not if you quickly learn
to deal with the toilet seat.

-l'll talk to Jack.
-That sounds good.

You know, l've never
really dated somebody...

...that l knew and liked
and trusted so--

Sounds like you've gotten yourself
in a healthy relationship.

Sounds like it.

So when do you think the fun
stops in a healthy relationship?

l have no idea.

But l think l'm gonna
have a blast finding out.

Thanks for the ride, Pacey.
This is an awesome car.

-l really had fun tonight.
-Yeah, me too.

l mean, it's so much more fun
hanging out with you than, like...

-...some hot guy l'd wanna date.
-Well, thanks, l think.

You want me to walk
you to your dorm?

-No, that's okay.
-All right.

There's tons of security guards on
campus during break. l'm totally safe.

ln fact, l bet Carlos
is in the hall right now.

l wonder if his wife had the baby yet.

Pretty chummy with the guys who work
here for someone who just got back.

Yeah. Well, that's me, you know.
Chummy Audrey.

You never went home, did you?

l really did get into a big fight
with my parents about money.

lt was just a little bigger
than l mentioned.

Okay, it was a lot bigger.

Don't tell Joey, okay?

l know it sounds kind of weird
but sometimes there are things...

...you don't even want the people
who are close to you to know about.

That doesn't sound weird.
l understand better than you think.

See this beautiful piece of
machinery in front of you?

Yes.

This has sat in the police impound
in Capeside for three months.

And my father just gave it to me.

He said that he wanted someone
who deserves it to have it.

And he actually told me
that he was proud of me.

lt was the first time in my entire life
l have ever heard him say those words.

He's proud of me.

But...?

Even if it's true,
how long could it possibly last?

Well, l won't tell anyone.

-Okay.
-Okay.

-Parents are strange creatures.
-l know. From another planet, right?

The Lord.

Hey, Pacey.

-What was that for?
-The pact that Joey and l made.

l know she's not gonna do it. One of us
should. l hope you don't mind.

Rarely do l mind being kissed
by a beautiful woman.

Okay. Well, l will see you
at work tomorrow.

Yes, indeed. You know what?
l look forward to it.

-Yeah.
-Excellent.

Come on. Let me give you a ride.

l prefer to walk.

You're gonna walk all
the way home in this cold?

Sure.

Wouldn't you rather take a ride
someplace?

Someplace warm?

Hey, l know there's a part of you
just dying...

...to get on this bike
and ride off with me.

lf there isn't...

...then what was that kiss back
there all about?

Okay, maybe...

...just maybe
there is another part of me...

...another girl that lives
deep inside of me...

...and maybe every once in a while
she lets loose...

...and does things that might
blow some people's minds.

But, Charlie...

...if you ever mention her...

...or anything she might have done
tonight to another person...

...l'll completely deny
knowing anything about her.

lt was fun hanging out
with you for a night, Joey...

...the smart girl from Worthington.

Good night, Charlie.
