and a man was trapped in there.

He threatened one of our Lieutenants...

Uh, we identified his cell,

and we obtained a trap and trace

along with a ping order. The problem is

he only turns his phone on
long enough to check messages,

so we haven't been able to
triangulate his locations.

What about the place that burned?

Forensics tossed his squat,

they didn't find anything
helpful in tracking him.
