whoever detonated the EMP

wants Jack and Paul eliminated.

but during the engagement

and took me hostage.

She'll take me to Fayed.

They're gonna search both Jack and Dina,
which makes surveillance a problem.

We'll handle this passively. We'll use
satellite parabolics and laser aggregators.
