Cole and Ramse travel to 1970s New York City to prevent the Twelve from murdering a Vietnam veteran with a connection to the Witness.

Unfortunately, there's no

for the murder and dismemberment

of at least 12 people
between 1974 and '75.

was dishonorably discharged

after allegedly butchering

several Viet Cong soldiers.
