Acid, structure,

balance. I need to know whether or not

this wine is an Old World wine
or a New World wine.

I need to know
the grape variety,

and most importantly, the region.

Of the five sub-regions,
there's Chablis,

Côte de Nuits,

Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise

and Mâconnais.

And within these sub-regions,

there are 500 premier cru vineyards.
