I Do, I Do, I Do (2015) - full transcript

A young lady gets engaged to the "perfect man". The groom's mother plans everything for the wedding (in a week). The wedding is over the top when it was supposed to be small and elegant. It turns out to be a miserable day for the bride and she wishes for a do-over. She gets her wish over and over until she finally realizes exactly what she wants.

Do you think Peter's okay?

He looks relieved.

You were brave.

You told the truth.

That didn't come from your head,

it came from the heart.

You know me so well.

I've only known you two days.

That's not true.

We've taken a hundred walks

and talked for a thousand hours.

That's impossible.

You told me you'd say that,

and I'm supposed to tell you

that you became a doctor
because of Sam.

How could you...

You didn't tell me what it meant.

You just said to tell you it's because of Sam.

Sam is this little boy that I met

on my first trip to South Africa.

He came in to the clinic
where I was working

and...

I helped him

get his first pair of glasses.

And when he put 'em on,
he started crying.

And I asked him why,

and he said

because, up until that moment...

He didn't know how beautiful
the world could be.

That little boy opened my eyes

to a world that I'd never seen before...

A world where you could

make a real difference
in people's lives.

I'm so glad you told me that story.

So we've known each
other for a long time?

We have.

So now what?

Well...

We try to stay awake all night,

to see if we can break the spell,

but we fall asleep,

and then I wake up back in the cabin,

and we have to live
this day all over again.

Well, I don't mind.

It wasn't such a bad day.

And no matter what happens,

you won't be alone.

I'll be there

and we'll go through it together.
