♪ Last-minute shoppers, ♪

♪ in each front yard ♪
♪ Every shop window ♪
♪ was beautifully trimmed so ♪

♪ Santa Claus clanged his bell ♪
♪ To be anywhere near it, ♪

♪ sky before sunset ♪
♪ Spilling down ♪
♪ on the windowpanes ♪
