MVP 2: Most Vertical Primate (2001) - full transcript
MVP 2 opens with the lovable Jack being ousted from his hockey team, the Seattle Simians, and having to hit the road after being falsely accused of league misconduct. Jack ends up in the city, where he's befriended by Ben, a homeless skateboarder, and Ollie, a skate shop owner. Jack proves to be as adept at mastering the half-pipe as he does at delivering a slap shot, and before long, he and Ben are crashing amateur skateboarder competitions all over the country.

LA star center man
Rob Poirier has been traded
for the Seattle Simians'
first rounder,
Sergei Bubalochov.

with the trade for Poirier,
I would have to say, Bruce,
that the Simians'
choices thus far
have been interesting,
to say the least.
Now,
another of the Simians'
new acquisitions
is goaltender
Max "Mad Dog" Brady
from the Sault Ste. Marie
Buccaneers.

Then,
there's Tyson Fowler.
Some of you
hardcore hockey fans
may not know his name
but he's actually
the reigning World
Figure Skating Champion.
Fowler surprised the
sports world by announcing his
retirement from figure skating
to pursue his
life-long dream of playing
professional hockey.

the Swedish sensation,
Olaf Schikedanz.
